I had a hiatal hernia surgery just a few days ago, and for the last few days, I've experienced a variety of serious difficulties that made me want to go back to the hospital. I called the surgical center 3 times and was directed to Dr. Bokhari - who was the surgeon on call during those times. She was not my surgeon, Dr King was, and I have no complaints at all about him, but if I were experiencing unbearable pain right now, I would much rather call an ambulance than to be treated the way she treated me. Every time I spoke to this woman I felt that she had absolutely no compassion or no sense of humanity and acted like the 2 minute phone call that she had with me was just simply a nuisance and unnecessary. After hanging up with her, I felt like she was looking at me like I was a hypochondriac. This woman may be a good surgeon but after talking to her, I now realize how important it is to treat patients with the respect and compassion they deserve!

Dr. Bokhari was wonderful. She has a great bedside manner and did great work on my surgery. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Bokhari is the ultimate professional, she listens to her patients and genuinely cares about their well being.

Dr Bokhari and her staff are amazing. There is never a long wait and everyone is very friendly. Dr. Bokhari is the best at what she does. I knew I was in good hands since day 1. I highly recommend Dr. Bokhari to anyone she is a true professional. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

Dr. Bokhari performed an emergency surgery on my colon in the hospital. She was very pleasant, informative and willing to answer all questions. The office staff is very kind as well. Help with a difficulty experience:)

From beginning to end Dr. Bokhari and her team/staff provided superb service with compassion. I can't thank her enough for taking care of me. I'm truly blessed to have had her as my surgeon!

My experience with Dr. Bokhari was great I had my gallbladder removed and she explained the procedure and the after care. The surgery staff was awesome made me feel at ease continuing with the procedure.
I had complications after but, no fault to Doctors it was just my body. Dr. Bokhari was on top of my condition and even stop by to see how I was doing. I’m just grateful I got my gallbladder removed and I feel great!

I saw Doctor Bokhari last year for a Hernia. This woman has absolutely no bed side manner. If I would have listened to her I probably would have died. I woke up one morning in the worst pain ever. I called her office and talked to her she processed to tell me that you can’t get an infection over night. Well needless to say I went to the hospital. From the time I left my work to the time I was in surgery was 4 hours. Well I guess you could get an infection over night. She needs to learn to listen to her patience. Patients tend to know their body’s and how they are feeling. The day we walked out of there my husband said he never wanted to ever see her again. I would never recommend her to anyone. She is absolutely horrible.

Dr Bakari did my gallbladder surgery. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly.

I was told they would insert a wire, and then immediately take me into to remove the lump. Not at all what happened. I stressed to her, her office, the staff doing the biopsy, and anyone else I could get a hold of that I carry the gene that makes Liodcaine ineffective. NO ONE LISTENED. I was needlessly put through severe pain, simply because they couldn't be bothered to check my charts. I also told them I couldn't be left laying on my back, due to 5 previous back surgeries. Yet one more thing they ignored. My mother and sister both had larger lumps removed, and yet, they have little scarring or deformity from it. I look like I was butchered. I kind of think she did it on purpose, because right away I was being told about "reconstructive" surgery my insurance would cover. After just the biopsy, I bled for days, but no one would call me back. They didn't even call me to let me know that the biopsy was positive for cancer. Then it took me six months to get the results of the ER/PR/HER testing. All around, if you like torture, she's the right one for you. If, however, you want honesty and integrity, and not to be screwed over or ignored, I'd find someone else. I've had over 10 surgeries before this, including 5 back surgeries, and have never been treated so bad, or FOUR POINTED, in the recovery room. Took from 7am until 8pm to get the hell out of there. I'll never go back and see her, or anyone associated with her, EVER again.
