Top notch experience buying a Flute here. Exceptional service and knowledge. I was able to try a lot of different flutes in order to pick the right one. 10/10 would recommend this spot!

Bought a flute day and a half ago. Called to return it and ask about policy for returns. Told I can return it "yeah no problem, buddy, I got you, " talked of maybe getting a drone flute that's more expensive.

Get there after driving 2 and half hours, and I'm told he's sorry, but he wanted to use my return as a credit towards a different flute. He said he didn't know how to do a return. He ends up saying he can do a return, but I have to pay the 11 dollar charge fee. Not only that, but he actually took 22 dollars. I had spent 200 on the flute 20 on the bag cover. Then, 15 on a bear claw plus tax. I only got 209 back.

I feel swindled and have received a dishonest customer service.

Make to ask for a return policy before buying from here. I was going to purchase the Swan High spirits drone flute, but after that interaction, I definitely only wanted the refund I barley got.

My favorite jewelry store I've visited in Sedona. The new owner (Matt) has very good and positive energy. His prices are very reasonable compared to the other stores in the area. Highly recommended.

I was watching Joy of Everything during a livestream on TikTok. Ms. Clara took the time to give Joe a flute lesson by showing proper finger pattern techniques. Kudos to Ms. Clara for being so kind.

If you are in Sedona and considering buying a flute Bonanza Flutes and Jewelry is the place to go. Clara, the owner is extremely knowledgeable about Native American Flutes and has a good selection.
I had no idea how to buy one but Clara guided me through the whole process, from selecting an instrument to reading the finger chart and breathing techniques!
A week later I am back in CA playing Ode to Joy and Happy Birthday! Thank you Clara for my new hobby, I will play, play and play!
