I've been coming here since the dawn of time. Back in Tucson after 15 years and this is still my spot. The whole family comes here. Bringing my luxury items here is a no brainer. On my way today! A'ho!

Several months ago I had a five star experience with these folks when they stretched a pair of golf shoes to perfection. So when an expensive pair of leather drivers developed a hole in the toe and a leather carry on bag lost some leather on a seam, I returned. Picked the items up today to severe disappointment. First, the shoes had a piece of wrinkled cheap looking fake leather glued across the toe when stiching was promised. About the same on the bag, a glob of glue was all the effort when a more extensive repair was represented when I dropped off the bag. Today it was excuses which could have been conveyed earlier to tell me that their earlier promises could not be achieved. Instead, it was "here it is" and since I had prepaid there was little to do that did not include a confrontation. So, home I went to write this review with the hope that it stings a bit and, perhaps, saves someone from a similiar fleecing.

Wish I could do a zero-star review. The girl at the front desk was very polite. They have a "new" policy of requiring patrons to sign a release of liability form - but it should be read before it's signed! It says if they screw up and do terrible work, or they ruin your shoes at all, they will not repair nor make the issue right. It says if they cut your shoes when trying to cut off your soles, that's a "you" problem and not their problem. They will not replace any items damaged by them, nor will they correct the work they do if it is not up to par.

You're frankly better off taking your stuff to the cobbler over on Broadway - El Con Cobbler. They do great work and they're a little less expensive, and they don't make you sign an indemnification form.

Very good at all the repairs I've brought to them. The even fixed a hat.

I was very grateful they were able to adjust my dog's breakaway collar to fit her properly. To they are extremely reasonable for what they did. Especially since it wasn't a common request. Now I'm just trying to figure out what else I can have them help me with!

Repair promised on Monday is not ready on Tuesday. Had to drive there again today to pick them up unrepaired because they don't know how long it will take to get the soles. Don't waste your time on this business. It's a mess.

This used to be an amazing place until it was sold. I went there for years and years and I was always happy. Do not ever take your shoes here. EVER! They charged me $72 to wrap my heels, not new heels, mind you! THREE months! I finally called and they were not finished. I called and the woman there began to scream at me (she was on speaker so others heard her). When my husband picked them up, unfixed, she tried to tell him I was rude to her. That was not true because he was listening to the conversation. I now have my unfixed shoes back. She tried to blame me for their issues but she got busted. Stay away from this place. It’s not the same.
