I was nervous based upon some of these comments. Today was one of the best medical office experiences my husband has had (and have had many). Easy to make appointment which was very timely from PCP referral. Treated like a VIP by front office staff although unavoidably minutes late for appointment and half expected we would have to reschedule. Vanessa was absolutely fantastic and very friendly handling everything efficently. Dr. Kiki was professional but demonstrated concern. He was very thorough and patient with us explaining everything. He was respectful and compassionate. Would highly recommend. He provided my husband hope with dignity.

No one answers the phone. I finally hung up after 7 minutes of waiting.

Dr Kiki and Dr Arun Patil saved my life in 2014. As a patient, I was put at ease many times when Dr Kiki came to my room to update me on status of getting stents installed in my heart. He persevered to no end to ensure my heart was restored to its maximum pumping ability possible. Today, I enjoy a life full of energy and fun and tranquility as I am not limited in my ability to enjoy any physical and mental activity. I am blessed to have had Dr Kiki and Dr Patil provide my care at the most critical time in my life.

I would never go back to this office even if I was dying. The receptionist was short with me. Another receptionist was dressed inappropriately for a professional setting. The nurse was nice (the star is for her). Dr Kiki (his name is dumbed down for Americans), was so condescending. He has an abrasive manner. They weren’t going to do any tests. I had to request an echocardiogram. I was scheduled for another in-office visit to receive echo results, without them even asking about my availability. They assumed I was uneducated because I was paying out-of-pocket. And I was treated accordingly.

Went to Dr. Kiki office for my heart racing. He changed my blood pressure medication. After a week my heart stop racing but my blood pressure went high. Called the office and he told me too take two a day. That was on a Friday. Monday my blood pressure was 170/116. Called the office on Monday and was told his MA would call me back. No call back. Had an echo on Tuesday so went in his office and told them I needed my blood pressure adjusted. I was told if my blood pressure was high to go to the emergency room. They didn't even check my pressure. Why would I go to the emergency rooms when I'm right there and I would still need my medication adjusted. I will not be returning to this office. I need a doctor that is there for me when I need him. If I have a stroke no one in that office will be taking care of me. They would be saying you should of called. Yeah right.
