Diana is such a wonderful person. I haven’t been to a dentist in years prior to seeing her due to bad experiences in the past and she made me feel so welcome and has completely changed my life. I had severe enamel loss and dental erosion on most of my teeth and needed to get a lot of work done. She has allowed me to gain so much confidence through my new smile and the process of getting it done was definitely long but so so worthwhile because I am able to eat, talk, and smile in front of others without feeling embarrassed or ashamed of how I look. I seriously feel and look like a different person and I am so incredibly grateful for her and all the support from her and her lovely team. Small business really do it well because it’s so patient oriented and so much time is dedicated to their patients and they really do care and go above and beyond for their patients.

Dr. Batoon has completely transformed my 7 year old sons mouth and overall health! My son started with an underbite (class III bite) and within 2 months he now has a normal & healthy bite! After doing this, my sons snoring has significantly decreased, his speech has improved, he is getting better rest, his teeth have room to erupt properly, and he is also growing taller in height! Upon doing ortho here, we have been referred to other physicians to treat underlying health issues that are associated with having an underbite.
Working in the dental field myself, I have searched all over the valley to find someone that would treat my child’s underbite and could not find anyone. I have had physicians turn me away, and declined to help me figure out what the next step would be. I felt helpless and defeated. However, after discovering Dr. Batoon, she worked closely with us & other doctors and helped us make significant changes!

It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m so grateful to have been able to get treatment for my son at such a young age! Thank you Dr. Batoon for your work and expertise!

Do not go here. The patient billing / communication in this office is a disaster. It took us 8 weeks to follow up on a credit that was owed, and they ended up keeping almost half of it for outrageous charges that we were not told about. The doctor charged $350 for a 10-minute consultation and completely lacks empathy.

Dr. Batoon is kind, welcoming, and exceedingly knowledgeable. I came in as a new patient with tooth pain, expecting x-rays and a brief check in before scheduling another appointment to start the work. Instead, we took x rays and got right to work, all the while learning about my tongue tie and how it's affected my breathing (she predicted my mouth breathing, childhood ear issues and much more) and teeth placement. Blew my mind! I left much more informed about my own health, no longer in pain, and with follow ups scheduled in the next few days. Couldn't ask for better!

Dr. Batoon is amazing and so is her staff. I had just about given up on getting my dental work taken care of because it seemed impossible. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her staff was all so friendly and kind and eased all my anxiety. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Dr. Batoon is amazing! She was so sweet and the first dentist to explain how my medical issues are likely caused by dental issues. Dr. Batoon actually cares and wants to fix your smile and your health. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Batoon and her staff did a thorough examination and diagnosis, not the typical see you for 10 minutes and give you a prescription so common with many doctors. The doctor was careful and attentive and so were the staff. I wish every doctor’s office was like this. I was very pleased and will begin recommended treatment with her office.

Terrible terrible terrible. Upsell scam artists. Made me wait 30 minutes and unclean unsanitary practices. Worse than used car salesman.

We visited Bontia Dental for assistance with curbing my child's thumb sucking. They took the time to thoroughly assess the reasons for the thumb sucking and conducted a comprehensive evaluation to identify the dental-related issues it was affecting. The team is gentle, patient, and compassionate. Serena made sure my child felt at ease and explained each step of the procedure in a child-friendly manner. Their excellent communication skills not only made my child feel comfortable, but they also kept me well-informed about the treatment plan and the progress. Thank you!
