The employee tried tricking me into pay $55 extra, I was switching to boost for the 3 lines for $100 he then asked if I was doing cash or card. I replied cash then he said "oh okay great because the card machine is not working" then after he was done he said Total was $206. I was shocked because we had picked all free phones I understand taxes and activation fee but that didn't seem right. So I then went to another boost store (35th and Glendale) where they explained it's 15 for activation for a total of $145. Honestly worst experience of my life!

I was stupid enough to buy two crappy phones from these people back to back. My first was a ZTE that committed suicide for no reason exactly on the day it's warranty expired. The second was an LG and it's screen cracked literally for no reason despite me buying a protective case 2 weeks after i bought it. I've never been so angry with a store. I would give them a zero if it was possible. Also be warned if anything goes wrong they will not help you. They know nothing and can do nothing.
