Boot Barn, Prescott Valley AZ

Completely ignored me. Sale females walk right by me and ask another customer if she needed help. I'm brown.that's how I took it. Disappointed because I love boot barn.

I went in to look for pants and work boots. Sara was the salesperson that helped me. She was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and patient. She helped me choose the right boots for me.
The female cashier, possibly a young manager, was super helpful as well.

Horrible service as soon as I walked in the store they were looking at me and my family ugly my mom was looking for a pair of boots not one employee offered help and on top of that they didn’t even give us a boot box most boot stores give boxes for there boots

Great service. Product is great. I bought a new hat and a belt. People are very friendly and very helpful. My fav western store!

I needed to exchange a Christmas gift.
It was done quickly no problem got the right size.

Always friendly and upbeat staff. Their selection is the largest in the area that I know of.

Boot barn has my absolute favorite jean, woman's wranglers. I order online and have them sent to the Prescott store for pickup. I took advantage of a great sale going on and ordered several pairs of my jean but was sent the wrong size. Not sure who's error it was but the staff at the Prescott location were on top of it doing everything possible to exchange for the same price. I ended up having to go back online to make the purchase but they gave me the direct phone number to call and they gave me a full refund. I ordered the next day via phone and they were shipped to my home. Phenomenal service and the jeans are top quality.

Close had power out till further notice. Called a few times over last few weeks and it goes to dial tone or immediately hangs up

Both ladies working today were super nice and very helpful. Iris went above and beyond to help find what we needed and was patient and understanding with our two little guys. She was knowledgeable and friendly which made our experience at this particular store great. The only downside was this store did not have a kid’s clothing section, only a small section of boots and hats. Still 5 stars because the customer service was great!

My favorite boots! Due to my age-related forgetfulness, I bought a pair of cowboy workbooks in Albuquerque, soon realized they were a half size too big and short in the heal, but I spotted another Boot Barn in Prescott, AZ and exchanged them for total satisfaction in a pair of Cody James!

Sales girls all very silly. I asked for help with a stampee string.but they didn't have one in brown only black.

No welcome when I came. No service whatsoever. The cashier's were so incompetent and slow. There was not enough staff.

Wow, nice store, but the sizes of women's clothes aren't for many women, little girls maybe. Love the jewelry
