Boot Barn, Tucson AZ

To make a long story short, I was racially profiled and discriminated against when i went to boot barn to shop. I politely asked if their was different sections for the "ARIAT" brand, noting their was only 4th of July-style shirts in small and medium sizes, and that i need XL. The cashier proceded to tell me that they were probably out, and that it was a popular brand amongst "Hispanics". I brushed the comment off and said no worries. She then proceded to tell me that "ARIAT shirts would sell out quickly, you know, because of the beans" referring to the demographic area we are in, and negatively referring to my race as "beans". I purchased my hat and left. A few weeks later i come back, thinking maybe i was wrong and overthinking the situation. This time i came in, nobody asked me if i needed help or assistance, just like the previous time. I noticed the same lady that called me a BEAN last time, walk up to a group of ladies and ask if they needed assistance as well as engage in conversation about customer service etc, and when she was done assisting them, she walked by me without greeting or acknowledging me. I decided to call corporate, and they said somebody would get back to me, but Boot Barn never did anything to make this right neither nor did they reach out. I get mad every time i look at the hat i bought that day, never going back again. RACIST ANGEL FROM BOOT BARN

They have a great selection of boots and clothing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I don't give it even five stars, honestly, the truth is that it has good clothes, a good variety, but lately where they are giving it away are some jackets with patriotic brands and this is already very boring. They should put the jackets with the normal letters of the long logo because with the white letters but we are already very bored with the patriotic flags

A lot of shoes but most size 12 wide are gone, I couldn’t find my favorite picks in my size.

Got no help from employees as we walked in, and several were standing at the front of the store.

Only because you can't give ZERO.which is the exact amount of effort given by discount tire.
Waited 2.5 hours, finally my phone died, so I had to ask for my keys back. Nothing had been done.

Monica was so incredibly nice and helped so much. I needed to exchange boots. I found a pair I absolutely loved for my wedding but I couldn’t find it on the shelves. She was so friendly and talkative and the other staff were able to locate the boot in my size! This was such a pleasant experience, I will only shop at this boot barn location. (I usually go to the one near Broadway, but have never received customer service like this).
So thank you, Monica and the other really really nice gentlemen (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name!)

Lots of selections but the service was terrible. I asked for help and the person who worked there said yes and then disappeared and never came back

Having worked the oracle location from December to January, I can confidently say the Store Managers kill the soul of every employee working the floor. There is constant degrading and disrespect from store managers, even in front of customers. You will not receive Customer Service here, not with managers who only see numbers, and kids who get talked to like incompetent garbage all day. Trust me, they know the problem.

Horrible services I guess to get any help you have to meet a demograph or look a certain way. No customer service NOT even can I help you fine something. Super uncomfortable.

Plz find better customer service for your customers the child that was dressed like a fake cowboy was so very rude we ended up leaving and buying our daughters Christmas present somewhere else

Sonia, she treated us the best, more employees like her, thank you Sonia, my daughter was delighted.

Great! Went in to exchange an item ended up finding Something else and with a Coupon and points we lucked out on a good deal.

My family loves the Boot Barn, especially my daughter. I told her to get a good education and find a good-paying job to keep up her fashionable lifestyle.
