A routine oil change turned into a 3 hour wait. They cracked my oil filter so they replaced it for free but still charged me for an oil change that took 3 hours of my life away.

What a gem. I found out about them with a coupon and I have been missing out. They have been here for two years. Great environment, efficient work and best of all GREAT customer service.
I feel they are honest and very service oriented. My new go to auto service.

LOOK NO FURTHER! Borst Auto was inviting from the moment I walked in. Jim was friendly, check in was seamless & even offered a rental car while our car was getting serviced. For the amount of work that was done on our car, Service was done in a timely manner. Jim communicated throughout & Borst also provides a detailed breakdown of everything WITH PICTURES. They send a link with all problems from important, all the way down to routine/future flags. They really blew us away! If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to bring your car, this is the place! Easily the best automotive shop in the valley. Very professional, great work and best of all they are honest and very fairly priced! I recommend them to everyone

Very nice people. Clean waiting room with beverages. Car serviced well offered free wash which I did not need but good perk. Only suggestion is to text customer if they are running behind. I waited 45 minutes before the car was taken into the service bay. If they had let me know I would have come 30 minutes later and still be early.

Friendly staff, good value. It took just under 2 hours for an oil change which was a bit longer than I was hoping but they had initially stated it would take up to 3 and they were able to get me out a bit quicker so I could get to work. Would definitely use them again!

Let me say I was just so pleased with the service and satisfaction that they will be my one and only mechanic from here on out and I have a brother that’s a mechanic With that being said, I was very very pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody and trust me. You’ll leave with a smile on your face and a lighter heart. Thank you Borst automotive you’ve done a great job with my car.

We drove 35 miles for service, we have never had such outstanding customer service. The staff is outstanding. Will definitely drive the 35 miles again for service.
