Bosa Donuts reviews
15They have the best donuts & coffee in town! This is *my* spot to get raspberry filled donuts now!
Except for them sometimes not having the exact donuts we want (which is understandable at 3 am.) and some miscommunication here and there, we haven't had a problem. This is our go-to for late-night donuts, ham and cheese croissants, warm muffins, and boba. Yummy yum!
My kids wanted donuts, so we go to bosa i wasn’t sure after seeing flies all over the donuts and pulling recipes out of a cooler. If I was to recommend a better place it wouldn’t be bosa on Glendale and Litchfield
GREAT donuts, all fresh, large selection. Made us boba teas, and sandwiches. Pretty basic sandwiches.
Terrible quality dry and old I asked the employee if they were fresh because they looked hard as can be and he said no that that would be 3: 00 am I could have gone to circle k and received better quality I will never return to this location I asked for a refund and he refused just wanted to get rid of old inventory and that’s absolutely unacceptable to serve these terrible doughnuts to customers! Stay away from this location and if you go make sure to ask if they are fresh so you don’t get stuck paying 18 for a dozen doughnuts you won’t even eat I would give there poor customer service no stars if I could they just wanted to rip a customer off and unfortunately I paid for crusty old inventory never again!
I originally gave this place 5 stars, but unfortunately, it wasn't the case the next time around. The customer service was not the greatest and got every single thing we ordered wrong except for our drinks. Needs some help there I think.
I mean it could have been worse. Staff was friendly and all but the food was old. Probably reuse food from the day before. But they are open 24hr for drive thru.
The best Cherry fritters! They also have a great selection of drinks, Thai tea, boba, fruit drinks and the list goes on. My go to for donuts! I highly recommend it.
Great donuts and coffee. Looks like a great breakfast spot. Have quite the menu and reasonable prices
Some of the best doughnuts in the Valley. I also really like their breakfast sandwiches and coffees. The iced coffee and boba tea drinks are my go-tos. I've not gone inside this particular location but have been through the drive through numerous times. A great spot for a sweet treat or quick breakfast.
Located right outside Luke Afb. Great affordable donuts and most people go here, so long line. Friendly staff!
Everyone knows their food is delicious.but they need to hire more staff because the wait to order food when you go inside is too long.friendly service when they do get around to helping you.
I usually avoid donuts but I must say these were tasty and not just filled with air. The cashier young man was super nice. Although this location is not in the prettiest area of town (outside Luke air base), the place was nice and clean. Definitely try.
The hype about this place was not accurate for me. Maybe it's because I built it up to be some donut mecca prior to actually going. My expectations must've been too high. The donuts weren't good. They certainly didn't taste, look, or feel fresh. There was what I believe to be a new employee working the front during the busy morning hours, and she wasn't adequately trained to be on her own. Definitely not her fault, that's more of a managerial issue. She had to keep asking the other employee for help, and the other lady would walk up, do it, and walk away. That's not helping her learn. The young new girl was friendly, but tried to charge me $40 for $7 of food.
You want a good donut? Go next door to QT.
We love Bosa in Scottsdale and thought this would be the same BUT boy were we wrong.
Experience 1. Bought a dozen they were undercooked had doughy spots inside. I called and they refunded me $9 out of the $17 No problem. (I told them the holes were excellent but for some reason the donuts just didn't)
Experience 2. We go back and purchase only 6 this time, well I told them about our experience the previous weekend and the lady tells me
"If I don't like this batch then feel free to bring back but don't come back after that because they don't need my business. "
Wow, we were shocked to hear this. They cannot take constructive criticism and most of all cannot make a proper donut that's cooked all the way through. Shame on me, I should've learned from my first experience and not gone back today.
Result: the donuts are still doughy today like they were last weekend. This Bosa SUCKS.
They can keep the 8 bucks, it was never about the money more about a BETTER PRODUCT
