Bosa Donuts reviews
33Just stopped by the drive thru (5min ago) first time there, the girl who attempted to take our order was rude and sounded ghetto. We literally just drove off, I don't trust someone with that type of attitude to properly prepare a cup of coffee.
We love Bosa, they are comparable in price to their big name competitor, but our family feels like the donuts are better here.
Very rude customer service at the drive through. I will not be returning and i recommend the same to everyone else. I simply said that i couldn't hear her when she spoke and was turned away. After she gave me my order, she suggested i come inside if i have hearing problems. It's rude to turn away when you speak to someone anyway, but in that situation, Its harder to hear!
I bring my son here every Sunday for coffee and donuts. Its consistently delicious, the customer service is great, and I almost never have to wait. This is the donut place you used to visit as a kid. And it's still just as good as you remember. That's why this is my go to donut place.
I love this place. This is the best donut shop in the world. I actually go here every morning and have a large coffee, a crumb donut, and a chocolate cream filled powdered donut. The chocolate filled donut by the way is the best donut I have ever had in my life. I recommend this place and that donut to all of my friends.
They have free WiFi. They are open 24/7. The donuts are the best. If you need to kill a couple hours, I couldn't recommend a better place to chill and eat a couple donuts.
Heard a lot about this place for years, I gotta say, I was kinda disapointed.service was okay, I've had better donuts from a circle k
Bad customer service, hair was found twice in my shaved ice. They told me “that they were sorry if the incident happened. ” They refused to remake at first. Went through drive through the first time and called, second time I sat inside and slowly ate and found another small piece of hair in the cup. They remade it again. And that time it was fine. But I don’t like how they make the customer feel like they got to prove the truth.
Very narrow and dirty looking drive way. If I wasn't stuck between cars, I would have drove off. I was there late this morning because I was craving a smoothie with Boba in it. If the other Boba Cafe's were open, this place would have never been a first choice.
This was just part of my issue. They were extremely slow and the wait at the drive thru with two cars in front of me was a good 20min. Ridiculous! When I finally got my smoothie, the Boba tasted like it came from a can! Not freshly cooked at all, gross! Let's just say I will not be getting smoothie here again.
Not bad. Donuts, sandwiches, smoothies. They have good service but it seems most customers are time consuming. So it takes time per order - not a very efficient system but acceptable.
Donuts are so good. The sandwiches are delicious, especially on the fresh baked croissants. They provide friendly service with a smile.
There are two Asian women that usually have very poor attitudes, they always seem to be rushing you and annoyed by you ordering period
When fresh, the donuts are delicious! Kids love coming here for boba drinks. They don't have a huge selection of flavors but still good.
Everytime I go to a Bosa Doughnuts I'm never disappointed. This one was fast and service was clear. Although I only ordered tea, it was delicious and none of the 5 orders were a mess.
