Had my bathroom floor grout cleaned and sealed. Jason did a great job. He was fast and kept me informed the whole time. Very happy.

Do not use them. They have no technicians. Their business model is to get you to call them, promise you everything, have you prepay, which is not industry standard. Then they scramble to find local talent to service your job. They overcharged you and they underpay the actual carpet cleaning company doing the job. Use local companies and you will receive superior service at a better price.
As a technician I have now had numerous issues with them. The main issue is getting paid in a timely fashion. It takes weeks to get paid. (It has now been 2 months and no payment) They use to pay in a few days. They communicate timely when they want something but when I ask them about receiving payment, silence is all I get. This relationship is quickly coming to an end. (It has ended)

They cleaned my couch and would recommend everyone use this service. They cleaned the cushions on all sides and cleaned under them as well.

Cleaned carpet beautifully. Cleaned up after themselves. Would have them back in a heart beat. Nice job. Thanks guys.

So I am a professional cleaner and handyman. I have been hired by BossOptima 3 times. Each time was frustrating. They want to dictate my price. They always offer less than I quote. Last one was real irritating. I said $150. They said $130 so I said ok to find out they charged the customer $300. I would highly recommend to stay away from this gouging company

This company is a scam. I initiated contact and mistaking paid $879 upfront. I never received the services promised. They rescheduled the appointment four times. When I asked for a refund they said told me I couldn't get one according to the contract. I never received or signed a contract. To get my money back it looks like I am going to have to go to court. Don't do business with them.

The tech, Joshua, was very thorough. He explained all things well prior to starting the work and then walked me through it all once completed. He was early, enthusiastic, and professional with the service. It's definitely a beautiful job, done well!

This company scammed my two older parents out of $260. Had them prepay a deposit and the day of cancelled on them. My mom asked for a refund since the company had cancelled on them and they said no. Everyone needs to chargeback this company and get their merchant account shut down.

Do not give this business your contact information! They have been spam calling me for about 2 weeks. I have blocked them numerous times but they have continued to call me from other numbers after I told them to take me off their list.
I have put in a complaint with the BBB.

Do not used this company, they cannot guarantee services off hiring uncertified ppl to do jobs with no background check and will take advantage by over pricing customers. DO NOT PUT A DOWN PAYMENT ON ANY OF THEIRS SERVICES CAUSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

The company I work for has an outstanding bill from back in June this year and the invoice still has been paid. We have contacted the company many times by phone and e-mail and no one responds. If you get hold of someone the person is never there to talk to about the payment or we are told that they will call back within the hour or the next day.

The technician that came out to clean my beautiful rug was kind, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He told me some amazing facts about my rug and did a great job cleaning it.

The office manager, Mindy, went above and beyond getting my service request scheduled quickly. The service technician, Ian arrived on time and even called to ask if he could come sooner. Ian did a great job cleaning our mattress. Mindy and Ian are the only reason I’m giving a 5 star review.

I got a call after Ian left from someone with the company who asked how I felt the job went and then told me how to leave a 5 star review. This was a little off putting, in general. But, he continued to tell me how to step by step leave a 5 star review. I know how to leave a review and someone telling me that I will get a discount only if I leave a 5 star review is not professional and almost cost the company their 5 stars.

Lots of up front information. Quite expensive even with a discount. Technicians were friendly & arrived on time. I’m satisfied especially with the grout cleaning. Removed the spots well on our carpet.
However, I didn’t realize that Boss Optima is the middleman until I read reviews after they had left. So that’s on me. I hope the technicians are paid promptly as others have not been according to some reviews.
