Bourbon Jacks American Tavern, Chandler AZ

Great staff and very big bourbon selection. Went there on a Sunday afternoon so unfair to leave much more of a review. Jalapeño hush puppies were very good.

It was packed, just a DJ in there on Friday night. The wait staff was AWESOME! As crowed as it was the waitresses were coming around checking if we needed more drinks and they were getting them to us quickly. Good time!

I recently went to an event at Bourbon Jacks in Chandler and coordinated majority of the event with Lindsay the manager. She was absolutely phenomenal! I would have future events at BJ's strictly because of Lindsay!

Excellent time there, staff was friendly, nice place was packed but the staff was able to take care of me in a timely manner. Karaoke was a blast and people were GETTIN IT. Would return, wonderful place and lively environment.

Absolutely scrumptious happy hour items. Had the loaded tater-tots. Excellent bargain on Modelo. Adore our server, Shy! Recommend highly!

Not a country music fan, but this bar is more than that. Drinks are good, bartenders are fun and friendly and we always seem to have good luck here. I love that they have Western Son vodka!

If I can do a negative 1 star I will. I walked in to try a shot cookie dough. I purchased 3. Than left. I was charged twice for the same order. I am only upset because I asked her are you sure it didn't go through she said yes and slide card again. I am set because she lie. I am upset because no way to get anyone on the phone. I am set because it takes me an hour to get that money back. I am upset because that is my money and I feel this is common for this bar. Hope my situation is fix and I can get a call back asap

Never have I gone in to eat dinner someplace and been asked to pay upfront. So that was a first.

We were the only ones in there. Sitting at a table. Looking to have a soda and a burger. The waitress lied and said there was no charge but we got the notifications that the card was ran. This was at 4: 30 with my father who is 70.

Excellent place to see some live music, drinks are at a normal level of expensive, but a bit light on the amount of drink you get for the money, food was excellent though! If you have a local band you'd like to support that's playing there, you're gonna have a great time

Ana was our server, and she went above and beyond to get us a big glass of milk with the fried oreos. Perfect! It was the 3rd time for my husband and I to go on a Monday because we love the blues, but all our servers have been so good and so nice. Love this place!

Go support local bars, restaurants. We were there on Monday Blues Night, live music, $4 large Blue Moon beer, $5 Mac & Cheese, attentive, appropriate wait staff. Place was clean and mostly empty. Needs more business. Order the Mac Cheese, large portion, get a meat for a dollar. Tip your staff, have Fun! Find Paleta Betty's down the street. GREAT popsicles.

The atmosphere was outstanding. They did their best to keep everyone served quickly. They kept the tables bussed- even the bouncer was keeping things clean. Frosted Cookie Dough shot was not what we expected, but fantastic just the same:)

It was great, but at some time during the night the girls changed into some revealing onesie type clothes. They were beautiful, confident women, but I felt sorry for them to have to degrade themselves just to work there. I didn't want to support that so we left.

Service was cool. Only prob was a patron but couldn't kill our already established vibe by the personnel and another kind patron. All love.

Recently divorced, lost everything including business in Illinois due from covid shut down. Ventured out for dinner solo 1st time, sent my 16 year old daughter a picture text of cowgirl
waitress’s white boots as a gift idea and got physically abused and escorted to door before my food order came.

Had fun, management even bought us a drink. While we are not country music people, the entertainment was good.
We'll go back.

Great options for whiskeys but when we got our tab we notice a surcharge of $2 for ice or on the rocks? That’s completely outrageous.

Weak drinks, bar tenders with attitude and absolutely dumb layout of the place. Live bands are good, but hardly compensate for everything else. Go 20 yards south to The Stillery for a great pour without being treated as a trespasser by the bar tenders.

Always have a great experience with Kai as my bartender! Great service and friendly!

We absolutely loved our bartender Kai! She was absolutely the best, made incredible drinks and is just adorable! If you want a good bar and a great bartender, you can’t go wrong by going here!
