Ms. Brigette was very helpful in getting me the parts I needed and got them shipped to me very fast. I had went to several local shops whom had no idea what part I was showing them or how to get it. As soon as I contacted Ms. Brigette. She got me what I needed for my Blackjack Joker. Very helpful.

I called in during business hours, got the answering machine. I received a call back about 30 minutes later from a lady who was extremely helpful and was able to point me in the right direction. I was looking for a custom service they didn’t provide and she directed me to someone who could. She very easily could have just said “no we don’t do that” or “no we don’t have time” or even just not called me back, but instead, chose to take time out of her day to call me back and refer me to someone who could help me. Thats customer service, helping people when you know you wont make a dime.

Bridget was a great help. Ordered break pads and caliper seals for my 2007 Fat Daddy. I bought it second hand and had no information on the build of the bike (all custom) Bridget was able to send me the build specs and details. If you bought your bike second hand, IMO, you should do so. Give them a call. Super helpful and friendly!
