Service writer was great work seems to be good. The lack of washing vehicles bright in for service was quite a let down. Every place I have ever purchased a new vehicle from. Washes the vehicle when borough in fur service. Just a customer appreciation thing that seems to be lacking by Bradley Chevrolet.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Ricky in Service always goes above and beyond for his customers. He is a great asset to your business! He is very professional, courteous and has a great response time. Thank you for always taking care of my SUV!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the mechanics- EXTREMELY
I purchased a vehicle from their sister company Riverview auto and the truck was found to have several mechanical problems very quickly. We have brought in and had our truck towed in more than 5 times for the same problem. EXACT SAME PROBLEM! We have only had physical possession of our truck approx 2 weeks in the 3 months we've owned it.first 3 times mechanics state they couldn't feel the transmission slipping and it took a quick test drive by me with the mechanic to show the problem.i have absolutely no faith left that these mechanics are competent to be working on anyones vehicle and clearly the management (Ryan) isnt aware of what his staff is doing or NOT doing. I will NEVER recommend Bradley Chevrolet or their ability to fix a damn thing to anyone and will continue to tell anyone who will listen about how incredibly terrible they are. Riverview staff on the other hand have been nothing but supportive and understanding over this 3 month ordeal. Just hoping to get my truck fixed the right way soon. Bradley Chevrolet is a HUGE disappointment, don't bother using them.

I’ve been here quite a few times, and certainly no complaint about the service per se. But I phoned and made an appointment for the next day. About an hour later they called to ‘confirm’ the appointment - was that really necessary? Then about 3 days after the work was done, they called just to make sure everything was ok (with my new glow plug)! I don’t really need these random calls - especially when driving. Ok, now I DO have a complaint. Like many dealerships, when complete, they leave my vehicle parked, outside, unlocked, window down, and any valuables sitting there for all to see. Please, LOCK IT UP!

Had a appointment with Eddie Gonzales walked in and he was helpful for information on about getting us financed in a newer vehicle. We where only there for a few hours and drove off in a 2019 Cruz.

This one guy was a deal breaker & had no bed side manners was embarrassing to me as a customer, the others who were involved we're trying there best to help and bottom line is he acted unprofessional, now this my opinion only

Jason was superior in his attention to our needs for a used truck. He went above and beyond to get us everything we needed. We will continue to do our vehicle business with this dynamic young man.

Made an appointment for service due to a check engine light. I own a scanner so I already suspected it was a thermostat. Brought the vehicle in and was immediately greeted by Ricky. He was polite and professional and handled the check-in perfectly. I dropped the vehicle off promptly at 7: 30 and later received a call from Ricky confirming the thermostat was bad. Actually my truck has two and both were defective. He told me the total to repair and I gave him the consent to repair. Ricky stated the parts were in stock and the vehicle would be repaired the same day. Ricky called my at 4: 30 advising that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Upon making payment for repairs the total actually came out to be about $125 cheaper than the original estimate. So, I'm greatly satisfied regarding the work done and would highly recommend the Service Department at Bradley Chevrolet and talk to Ricky. I've also used Diane (Andrade) in the past and she's also great to work with. I've used Bradley Chevrolet several times for service and they are always honest and do quality work. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and accommodating to their service customers. I've been scammed by other service places in Northern AZ, but they've always resolved the original issue. They'll even come by and pick you up when your vehicle is finished. Wonderful service staff!
