Nathan absolutely rocks. Found my Dream Mustang, kept me in the loop (as I am a long distance customer) while I shopped from afar and not once did we experience any negative aspects. His service background and knowledge of other makes and models allowed my inner car geek to roam free and gave us huge confidence in our purchase. Even my teenage daughter enjoyed the experience! Highly recommended.

I would give Lena Vanginkel and the service department 10 stars if I could. Lena went above and beyond helping me with my repairs. She was professional and concerned about my issues. She kept me informed about the progress of the repairs and explained everything in detail. Thank you to everyone who fixed my car and made this a good experience. I'll never go anywhere else and will recommend Bradley Ford Lincoln to everyone I know. THANK YOU!

I recently just purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition at Bradley Ford Lincoln. I truly feel like I made an awesome purchase and what made it even better was the customer service that I received. Shane and Dante are super nice and I am thankful that they were the ones that helped me with my purchase. I am way stoked about my Expedition and I couldn’t be more thankful for Shane and Dante.

Have been with these people for 16 years they are the best.just bought 2019 f250 had death wobble hard getting part from ford motors but they managed to finally get the part and have taken care of problem. Bradly ford service was the reason I stay with for product not for ford motors co.will never go any were else.thanks Brandy and Dennis will never go anywhere else.hope I don’t brake anything soon but I know we’re to go

We had our 2011 F250 serviced by Bradly For Lincoln on December 12. We were happy with the work that was done. However, I noticed a few days later that someone installed a Bradley Ford Lincoln license plate cover/frame on our rear plate. I have never seen a dealer do that before just for service. We didn't ask them to and no one asked us permission. We had to spend time taking it off and the bolts that were put on ended up scratching our license plate. We were not happy with this at all. I sent a message to them on their website after this happened. We only got a response a day or 2 later via email from a Dante Erebara but he said we inquired about a vehicle from FordDirect, which we didn't. I responded back sharing what the actual issue was but no one ever responded back.
I waited a bit of time and then sent a message to the dealership via Facebook message on December 21. No one ever responded about our concern so we were very disappointed.

Brandy was very nice and helpful, but $250. For a key fub plus $125.00 for programming is robbery. It was only 6yrs.old what happened to lasting the lifetime of the car.

Rip Off Took My Ford Truck with 22,000 miles on it that they serviced every 5, ooo miles and rotated tires to them and said I was told my tires were worn out the tires came on truck purchased new with 65,000 mile tire warranty from Ford backed by Goodyear they tried to charge me for new tires saying no Tire Warranty. Called Ford Motor CO. They called them and they argued with Ford Motor Co, so I called Goodyear who called Bradley Ford and they argued with Them and refused to Replace them! Horrible waste of Time! Goodyear not believing the horrible customer service and seeing their were no Goodyear service centers in Town arranged with Discount Tires for me to Get New Tires at Discount Tires! So Now I will Buy MY next Ford from another Ford Dealership and Bradley can Pound Rocks

We went in with cash for a car but the sales team kept wanting us to finance part of the car. We said what our price range was but they still showed us vehicles double that amount. The vehicles were all overpriced thousands over KBB

Dennis Silvers is Awesome! After a rough start with the service department, I requested a manager to follow up with my claim. Dennis Silvers listened to my concerns and took all the necessary actions going above and beyond to get EVERYTHING on my list fixed. My Truck was 110% ready for pick up, exceptionally clean and waiting for me when I arrived the following morning. His professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Thank you Dennis for being a Great Manager!

It was the first time I used them to service my truck and custom service was excellent, in and out quickly, prices were good. I recommend you make an appointment ahead of time because they seem to be a very busy place.

I purchase parts and have had outstanding service EVERYTIME. They go out of their way when I don't know the correct part name.seems "the do-hickie" covers a vast amount of parts.

You can always tell a TRUE team player by how they step up to make the company they work for look good. If you want a salesman who goes above and beyond with your car deal, he is the one to call!

Oh oh! Truck problems? Don't go to the Dealership! Toooo expensive, and don't want to get a New Truck deal with a salesman! Well I had a few Big problems with my ol' F 150! I was worried! But the staff at the Repair Department worked with me and assured me of Good Quality work, Genuine Ford Parts that were on hand, and Trained Technicians who knew what they were doing! They seemed to know I Love my ol' truck, (we've been through thick and thin), and I didn't want a new one, (although, they sure had some really really nice ones ready to go go go)! So it was kinda steep, but this Guy is gonna be Happy for at least another 50 thousand miles! I Luv my Truck!

We recently purchased a 16 Ford F250 and believe me it was a tough deal.trying to trade in 2 vehicles that were not paid off and upside down. Jim Doud was so patient and honest, it was such a pleasure working with the whole team at Bradley Ford. We will definitely be purchasing from them again!
