Laundromat Brae's Laundry reviews
11 Ive lost money in machines here on both of my visits, one of the dryers didn't dry my clothes.out of 5 loads of laundry 2 went smooth.
My second visit here and the change machine just ate my money and went out of service.
Tried calling them as this is getting ridiculous and no answer. Won't bother coming back I'll drive to Mesa or Tempe and I live a block away. Very janky for Scottsdale.
The employees there were very friendly and helpful! I came late and they let me stay a few minutes late to finish!
I will use their Laundry Matt Again!
When I was there one hot afternoon, it was good. There are fans and I tolerated it well. The machine I used worked fine.
Dirty, over half the machines don’t work and are taped shut. Kids of one of the customers would pull their clothing from the dryers and kick the doors shut. The place says on signs that they have security cameras. Nope! Even the signs have layers of dust and lint on them. They have signs they are raising their prices, well, it isn’t because of the cost to maintain the facility! Disgusting!
Half the machines didn't work, the coin machine was empty and the machines that did work eat your money!
Very friendly staff and large variety of machines. They have a ton of dryers. Cost is cheaper then local competition.
They had some machines that were out of order but they were all clearly marked as such which I appreciate.
All and all I had a good experience and am happy I found a convenient place to do laundry as my apartment complex machines are always crowded or broken.
Needed to wash large comforters for fall. No air conditioning. Dirty, old building, old machines. Homeless come in to bathroom and hover. The only positive police station across street. Stay away.
I come here for the large load machines and they have quite a few and seems to be fair priced. I like that the machines still use quarters instead of the electronic cards a lot of places use now. Overall its a good laundromat and usually has good machine and dryer availability.
Very friendly staff, a wide variety in machine selection and affordable prices.
I especially appreciate the large washing machines; outstanding for a family and for washing bedding.
In addition large selection of dryers at 25 cents for 8 minutes.
When I was there were a couple of machines out of order - but they were clearly marked which I appreciate, and it was a very small number of the total machines so not really an issue for me.
It was clean, they had plenty of laundry carts, and it was big enough to not be crowded even on a busy Sunday.
Even the restrooms were clean.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I will be back again. Beats doing laundry at my apartment complex any day- and its more affordable.
It's very hot. No AC and on a very busy Sunday. Half the dryers don't work. I came here because my apartment washers are out and my other regular spot was full.
