Enrique Valenzuela, store manager is the most courteous & helpful store manager I have ever encountered in a “chain” service center. So pleasantly refreshing in a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past.

Stopped to get an oil change for $ 21.99 at Midas, ended up paying 60.00 and was told I needed new bushings. Went to Brake Masters on 22nd and Kolb and Enrique the manager told me my bushings were perfectly fine. I didn’t know what bushings were so he showed me while the car was up. Seriously Thank you Jesus for sending me to Brake Masters for having such an HONEST manager as Enrique be I. Your employee

I have always had nothing but great service with all of my vehicle needs. Much more than brakes, oil changes, and fantastic service. I go there.
All the time for everything. I'm a driver that does 275 miles a day. So I'm there at least every 6 weeks for oil changes. I have always been extremely satisfied. Thank you so much, Brake Masters.

This is an honest place and fair pricing. I just had my oil changed and saw an older lady come in with warning light on her dash. They were able to figure out the problem in her dash settings and send her on her without a charge. This was actually the second time I've seen them help someone like this.

Had two vehicles in for front end alignments over last several weeks. Alignment appears to be accurate at this point in time. Have another company vehicle to take in today. We shall see if they are consistent. Great service and quality work. All the vehicles my company has had serviced at this location have had quality work performed on them.

Enrique was very professional and responsive to the issues I was having with my daughters car. Keep me updated on the time of when her car would be ready. The work included rear brakes, rear caliper replacement, and flushing of the brake line system. Not to mention they were about $600 cheaper than their competitor Meineke where I received poor customer service. Adam at Meineke asked why I did not want to have my work done there when I told him as a consumer the most prudent thing is to get other quotes. He informed me that calipers are not cheap and basically just wanted to know why I wouldn’t get my work done there. His comments felt threatening some thing that I was not expecting. I was expecting that he would want me to bring the other quote back to him to see if they could match or beat it. But that did not happen. I will never have my car serviced at Meineke as long as Adam is working there as he is very unprofessional.

This location was recommended to me a few years back and I had a terrific experience. So when my new car needed the brakes replaced they were first on my mind. The staff was professional, prompt, great at communication and my service was consistent to the standards I had received before.

First off, I've always only taken my vehicle to the dealership, but like most it only takes one bad experience to seek elsewhere. Thank Goodness, I did.
Brake Masters was nothing but understand and supportive in my situation, they are great ppl that work here. I highly recommend them. Had my Tie rods replaced as they were already worn out and may cause a more serious problem down the road. They did a great job and I can feel the difference in the ride. In town from out of state our battery went out on us. These kind folks took us in right away and installed a new one. They had us on our way in no time. Very friendly and efficient. We could not have asked for better.

Would actually leave negative stars if I could. Got my oil changed and all was fine until I got home and realized that somehow the guy spilled some oil on my seat inside my car and now, my clothes are ruined and my car seat is ruined. Not to mention my car now smells like synthetic oil! I called to talk to the manager, someone else answered. I left a message to have the manager call me back, but no one ever called me back. So, either very unhonest people work there, or just bad people. Thanks Break Masters!
