I just needed to get one tire off my ATV pumped because I just changed my tires. I had called before I came in and they said to bring it in to see what they can do for me. They gladly helped me quickly and were helpful, even as they were bombarded with customers. Would go back here again if I ever need a tire service.

Been using them for 15 years then they started screwing with me! Shane told me I had a blown engine but didn't even check the problem. Found out from another mechanic it was just a fuel sensor. Advise just use them for oil changes and be carefully because they rarely check any fluid and skip a lot of things. Shane is a snake oil

Drove in without an appointment due to our Subaru Impreza Engine light was ON and engine stalling issues. Did not expect the stores Amazing Customer Service both at the front desk and Service dept. Diagnostics Tech.ability to locate the problem in light speed. They were very Courteous, Honest and up front about any cost and expected time to repair. Our Family will now be taking our cars to Brake Masters on Houghton.

I couldn't get my oil drain plug off and I wrecked it while trying to remove it. The team at brake masters happily accepted the challenge for no extra charge (just the labor for an oil change). I'll go back if I need similar help in the future.

Have been coming here for 15 years until Shane told me I had a blown engine, he never even diagnosed my vehicle and then started ripping me off on prices. Have 3 vehicles that aren't going back to them. Also have found many times after simple oil changes that they don't check any of my fluids. Yesterday a0nother shop found 2.5 gallons short on coolant.

DO NOT TRUST THESE HORRIBLE MEXICAN RIP OFF GUYS! Especially if you are female as they will take advantage of you.bait & switch 100 percent. They told me I was getting $10 off my oil change. When I picked up my car had to pay $12 extra for a special kind of oil filter they claim they installed without asking me!
I paid reluctantly. Then I asked for manager & requested $12 refund who claimed corporate doesn't allow him to do refunds & said he can only offer free oil change. He lied & who would go back again when cheated & lied to. Don't go here they are crooks.

Amazing customer service! I was able to drop my car off night before since booked next day and they got me in and fixed my car so could get to work next day. Cruise and manager (think Jay) explained everything very well and had a smile on their face even swamped with work. I trusted them and felt like they were very fair. I went back a week later for oil change/alignment and won't go anywhere else!

Came in at about half the dealership price for A/C condenser replacement/recharge, and exhaust manifold swap on a 2016 Ram 1500. Threw in a free wheel alignment. So far taken good care of me for both my wife's Crosstrek and my Ram. Would recommend.

The looked really busy which they are usually. I booked an appointment online for an alignment. Took the car in about 40 minutes before appointment and received the car back pretty fast. I'm pleased with the work and time it took.

Friendly timely and efficient. Icalled late in the afternoon they said to xone on in. I came and 18 mins later i was on my way. Great service.good warrantee also.

Always have a very experience at Brake Masters. I explain what I need done & then after they assess it, detail the work that’s critical & what could wait. The team is friendly & I don’t hesitate to take my Jeep in for repairs.

Went to have oil change and cabin filter changed. The service and professionalism was amazing. Did get some expensive news on other things that will need to be done but will definitely take it back for those items as well.

I made a appointment (highly recommend) all staff ate friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I am very happy with the service I have received there.

Staff was awesome, my appointment was at 2: 30 but they took my vehicle early and had it done quickly.

Best Brake masters in Tucson, Vail Arizona area! Ryan did repairs on my son's car a few weeks back, car had many issues from ac not working to new brake replacement to new hub bearing Ryan was very professional and explained everything to my son!

Couldn’t figure out why my tires weren’t inflating all the way and Cruz very kindly took a moment to check it out and inflate them all they way when the shop was clearly busy!

Great, fast service as always, from scheduling to drop off to pickup - they're a good group at that location.
