Don't Waste Your Time. Brought it in on a Monday morning and was told it would be a while since they had several cars "left over" from Saturday.

The man and woman working that day went out of their way to schedule us that particular day. My KIA's belts were taken care of ; brakes working like like new ; and both were extremely courteous. I will be coming back here again.

This auto repair shop is absolutely the BEST! Paul and his team are always kind and courteous but above all they are always honest and stand behind their work. I have been taking my cars to them for 10+ years because they offer such amazing service at a reasonable price. They fix what needs to be fixed and are extremely efficient at getting the job done. Dropped my car off for a brake repair today, work was done same day. All employees were very professional, helpful, and friendly, both in person and on the phone. I was impressed with how easy and straightforward the whole process was. They even asked me if I needed a ride home and provided it for free. Price seems very reasonable. Couldn't have been easier.

My Honda Civic needed a new alternator. Even though I already had it tested, Paul tested it twice to make sure that was the problem. They were able to install a new one same day and it was done when he said it would be. Excellent service!

Paul really knows his stuff and he takes care of you. I've had my front and back breaks serviced here. I waited a week afterwards to make sure everything was great and reminded myself twice to write this review. That's how great they are.

I want to recommend Brake Masters at 1901 N Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale. Paul and the service staff were professional, on time and very customer service focused. I have a Landrover and they also saved me more than 50% over Landrover - drove me to a place where I could wait for my car to be done. Excellent Car Service and Excellent + Customer Service!

I have been coming here for over a decade and I would never trust anyone but Paul and the guys here with my car. They are as honest and always fair with their pricing.

If you need to get your Uber inspection at this place, say bye to your car for the entire day. They only do inspections Mon - Fri and you have to drop off you vehicle off all day. Sucks!

I brought my car in thinking I needed new brakes. They took a look at it and it didn't need them yet. Didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Great customer service. Fantastic experience. Will for sure go here when I actually do need new brakes.
