Update! I recently brought my sons car in to have a headlight replaced. Mike was kind and very helpful. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes and his headlight is working great.

I’ve come to this location a few times and will continue to do so because the gentlemen there are courteous and the service is honest and efficient.

Exceptional customer service. I had my car taken in to inspect my suspension due to mileage. They provided a concierge service that came and picked up my car, then dropped it off again when they were done.
Inspection determined I didn't need any work done and there was no pressure or up selling. I will be utilizing Brake Max in the future for all my maintenance needs.

Gary took me in and rebalanced my tires in a speedy manner, excellent service. 1st ave location told me not until Thursday. Thanks to Gary and his team.

The lady tech was very knowledgable professional and “walked” extra step with me fixing my jeep problem. I recommend them to my family and friends.

This shop is a scam shop.
Maybe they thought since i was a woman, i would be an easy target.
Car drove fine, went in for an oil change. Left and car wouldn't drive over 35 without heavy shaking.

Brought the car back, and wouldnt you know it, i needed over 4,000 grand in repairs to stop the shake!

Pointed to a torn a boot, said that was the problem. Except the boot had been torn and i had no shake prior to the oil change service.

They had rotated my tires and knocked off a balance weight. I knew what it was immediately and told them to check the balance. I refused the 4,000 in work and just asked them to put the tires back and check the balance.

I drove away and no more shake of the wheel.

The guy who did the original work on my car was there when i went in to have it addressed. The manager said he was new.

Ladies, beware of this shop! You can guarantee they will try and treat you like you are stupid.

I have been a customer for a couple of years and the service is great. Jasmine answered the phone when I called and asked what I needed and said I can drop off my car. They transported me to and from work so they csn service my car and they were so kind. They checked everything out and made repairs and the experience was stress free and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their car serviced.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Went in for oil change, brought coupon also. Needed a window repair, and they always go extra mile to help me out. Really like Manager Gary, and his staff!

Wonderful service! Very nice people. They were able to get me in an hour before closing with no appointment due to a power outage at a different Brakemax Location. I was in and out in no time! Will be returning for my next oil change. Very happy with the service I received here.

I found l have a nail in my car tire. It was on route to home. I stopped at BRAKEmax and got help promptly. They are always super friendly.

Gary and his service team always do a great job. I'll continue to use their services.

The people that helped me, and the was work done was great, but my handicap hanger was missing when I picked up the car.
