Called break plus in Peoria and they told me to come in, they fixed my problem so fast and everyone of the boys were so kind and helpful I had to come back and get all my breaks done. After reading the positive reviews on this store, I decided to take my truck here because I haven’t had time to do my brakes myself. I thought it was about time for new brakes. Took it in because I was also hearing a rattling sound that I thought could be associated with the brakes. Wayne took it for a test drive after inspecting the brakes and not only told me the brakes didn’t need to be replaced but also what the issue was (that will require a dealership repair) at no charge. I tipped him $20 and he said thanks, that will help him buy lunch for the guys because he does that on Saturdays. Wayne seems like a great guy running a great shop and I will be going back when I need to. Thanks again Wayne!

The entire Brakes Plus team was super responsive and attended to my AC needs with great expertise. Jason took the time to take me out to my car and walked me through under the hood with a flashlight. I thought that would mean this is going to be expensive since he wanted to show me but I was very surprised when the cost was less than three other shops I checked close by before heading in! I will definitely be back for future services as needed. Great honest group of professionals here.

They perform their work with the highest degree of integrity, and they have the best customer service of any auto shop I have ever been to. Wayne takes great care of his customers.
