As long as they can do a simple job, and can be done in a very short time they are ok. Other then that take your vehicle to a real garage.

My cars front bumper grill fell off when I left after having my car serviced. I went right back and told them, and they said they would replace the part at their cost. Part comes in today and they are fixing it at their cost. Awesome customer care.

Regular customer spent hundreds of dollars on car repairs at this location. Arrived on a Saturday morning to leave car for an oil change. Not to many cars in lot and Oil Change bay wide open. Was told nothing open for oil changes until Monday. Will never take my business there again.

Dreaded time to do an oil change but Henry made it so easy! I have taken my car to dealerships (a total rip off) and he told me what oil my car needed and only $60 compared to $100+ at the dealer. Will be coming back (:
