Breakfast Club, Phoenix AZ

15 year olds shouldn’t be hosts. They were more worried about the conversation they were having than helping guests. We were told that it was going to be a 45 minutes wait. In reality it was 20 minutes and we were 9 minutes away. We got bumped off the list because we were 4 minutes late to their 5 minute waiting period, which we weren’t told about.

My wife and I were here for a Sunday brunch. We made reservations ahead of time and when we arrived were seated within 5 minutes. Great atmosphere and very attentive staff. Lucas was our waiter and he crushed it.

4 stars for the food. Both of our dishes were pretty bland. They looked pretty, but were lacking in complexity of flavors. Especially the chicken fried steak.

Again- props on the atmosphere and staff, but probably will be a one and done for us.

This was our first breakfast while visiting Phoenix and it was amazing. The food was amazing, something new for us and original. Cooked exactly as ordered and really fast. The staff was very attentive. The only thing the place was too loud to even have a conversation at your own table.

We’ve been in AZ 3 mornings and was so impressed with The Breakfast Club restaurant that we ate at 2 different Breakfast Clubs all 3 mornings. We started out in Scottsdale. Loved the eggs Benedict there 2 mornings. It was ALOT of food! One of the managers, David was very friendly. He told us about the Breakfast Club in Phoenix, so we came here too. I wanted something lighter. I had the amazing “Harvest Toast”. Perfect combination of cheese, fruits and arugula. My husband had the MonteCristo which was also delicious. David was working at the Phoenix location today. Once again just as pleasant as he could be. Ester took great care of us as well. The outside eating area is perfect! Thanks for the AZ hospitality!

The manager mike was very rude to me and my party of 6 being really inconsiderate I don't know if I would wanna come back the waiters are nice but the manager is very rude watch out.

Pod. The location is right in the heart of downtown. Beautiful landscaping where you can enjoy your meal. The inside has amazing vibe. Very nice customer service. There is even a breakfast bar location in the inside. ️

Sat at counter, very quick service. Great coffee and fantastic omlettes. Make sure to add the pork chili mole topping on your omlette. The house potatoes are great as well. All in all a great breakfast joint!

I came early before they opened. They got crowded very quickly.

Service was fine. Food was good. Order accuracy, not great which affected my meal and made it, so it was cold when I ate. I asked for "extra crispy bacon. " What I got was not raw, extra floppy bacon. The food was set in front of me quickly, as the person went away just as fast. I tried to flag someone down. Eventually, my waitress came back, and asked how my food was, I said the bacon was not crispy at all. (Now the next part, i'll admit, I have obsessive compulsive tendencies. I eat my food in a specific order, so I had to wait for the bacon to come back out to start eating.) My food was cold. But how hard is it to make crispy bacon when specified?

What did I like? They have bottles of real maple syrup on the table.

Everyone in our party really enjoyed their food. The portions were massive. No one finished their meal. The Border Bowl was very good. The BC iced coffee had great flavor and didn't need anything added to it. We even got some to go. They also validated parking in the garage attached to them. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

They do not care about allergies at all. If you have an allergy I definitely would NOT recommend. I asked the waitress TWICE not to put avocado in my turkey sandwich and there was! I was transported to the nearest urgent care to get care for a severe allergic reaction. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

DELICIOUS food. Eaten here every day while in Phoenix. Definitely top rated food and service. David, the manager, is the best.

Daniel absolutely rocked today and the service was impeccable and the food was delicious the staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs and David the host/manager was absolutely spectacular I highly recommend everybody down here at least once while visiting Phoenix!

Lousy food and service, and on top of that, anti mask and anti vaxxers own this place. So do not support them if you believe in science facts and not right wing nut wings

I would like to see the hiring process for the servers, "you look good in yoga pants? " "You're hired". Very strange & highly sexist.

This was my boyfriend and I first time coming to this restaurant and we had a horrible experience we were told the wait would be 35 min we waited 45 min the host had told us about 15 more min then we went back and was told we needed to wait 40 more minutes mind you we were seeing people that came after us get seated so we had our table canceled then lady ran to the parking lot just to tell us there was a misunderstanding we can get seated now but from being so angry we did not want to eat there anymore after waiting so long in the heat we didn’t even get offered a discount or at least a free beverage Horrible experience!

Fantastic Chef! Light and fluffy omelette! Spinach sautéed to perfection! English muffin dark but not burnt! Can’t wait to order breakfast tomorrow! …Staff very welcoming!
