The application and move in process was made easy, they would send us documents and were quick to send them back with whatever we missed to move us along through the application process! They also did a walk through and replaced the fridge because they noticed it wasn't cooling properly. I have never experienced anyone being proactive about problems with any rental before. Great experience so far!

We have been in our current rental for about 10 months now. During the time we have lived here, we have run into a few large maintenance troubles that are typical for any home, including dreaded A/C issues. They didn’t hesitate to respond and had someone out here to repair the A/C same-day both times, during the busiest season for HVAC workers here.

They have been super communicative and as efficient as possible with every maintenance request. We are thankful to have property management that is always on top of it, it’s hard to find these days! It’s easy to tell that the homeowner and Brickley’s truly value the integrity of the property as well as our comfort as tenants.
