Bright Star Preschool reviews
5I went here from 1st to 5th grade. Personally i would not send my kids here due to my experience. As a previous review had said, they don't let other parents know about the lice problem. I had gotten it 3+ times while being there. There was another review stating that they don't really "teach us " and that is also true, it was just mainly helping the older kids with their homework. So for anyone looking for a good daycare i wouldn't recommend this one.
My husband and I love the staff at Bright Star and more importantly so do my kids! My eldest son has been there since he was an infant and he is now in preschool. He's had great teachers every year, but his preschool teacher now, Ms. Jocelyn, is amazing! I literally can't say enough good things about her. We moved and still drive 45 minutes to keep them here.
The director, Ashley, is not exactly the greatest. Her behavior is all over the place. Rude, sarcastic, and dismissive. Rarely am I greeted when I walk in the door, unless Luciana is there. From my observations employees aren't treated much better either. It's also not really a learning center, my kids haven't really learned anything while attending this "school". Policies and guidelines seem to change based on emotion and not much else. Overall dissatisfied with the inconsistency and lack of professionalism.
The staff at Bright Star has taken the time to know my daughter. They love her like I do, and I wouldn't take her anywhere else!
Terrible daycare. Don't take your kids here. No respect for parents or staff.
