Brighter Way Dental Center, Phoenix AZ

I have been been in the care of a dental team at brighter Way dental for over 2 years now and I'm nearing the finish line for a full restoration of teeth. The Good willed people at brighter Way have not only taken the utmost care for my teeth but my life in general. It has been a pleasure getting to know my dental team at brighter Way and I have such a deep appreciation for the care they have given me. A smile has a lot to do with every part of a person's life and brighter way has given me my smile back. I would highly recommend brighter way dental to anyone.

There is one front desk person who is never happy and not very welcoming. I'm not sure of his name but it starts with an A.
Michael is Awesome! Most the people here are Amazing and make me feel welcomed. The only thing I wish is that they would explain to me what would be actually happening at next appt. And go over what should be done before surgery. It is quite scarey from the pts. View not knowing what is happening.
I understand this is a school. But that should be part of training. The patient not just the procedure. They are both equally as important.

Dr Rosen and his staff members were very professional (Dr Basha, the Anesthesiologist was great in helping me to relax). I highly recommend Brighter Way Dental To others and the place was very nice but the person who did the financial transaction/loan failed to apply $3,000 off my bill from ACCCHESS. When you have a teeth that hurts so bad it need to be pulled ASAP or during the removal of the teeth during the first or second process of getting implants and or depending on the dentist. ACCEHSS STATES THEY WILL PAY $1,0000 for all hurting emergency teeth and I was refused this deduction. Other than a few unlikable moments all was great. Again, everything I might have felt neglected in was made up for with everyone’s kindness.

I would of given 5stars but didn't for the fact that I had to get a referral to be seen. Other than that I was pleasantly surprised with appointment availability, staff, and facility despite of it's onsite location at CASS. It's cleanliness AND kind professional staff Exceeded my expectations. Id highly recommend this Dental group.

I got my tooth polled with no pain. Everybody trying to take care of me really well and were concerned about me when I was getting my tooth pulled.

Excellent attention, Dr Rossen is excellent in implants, I highly recommend the service and attention to patients of all the staff

Dr. Rosen is an awesome dentist. Made my wife's full implant operations (yes multiple extractions) as painless as possible.

Brighter way is beyond amazing! The staff all make you feel welcome and are very gentle especially Esmeralda and Daniel. Being a bilingual person they made me feel like I was in a safe place and yet were very professional. Extremely please with the service! Highly recommend for any dental procedures.

Dr Michael Rosen is a very knowledgeable and caring dentist. I appreciate his communication during procedures to me what’s he doing throughout.

Great place. Dr Rosen is the best. Dr. Erickson is a great teacher. Dustin in the office is very amazing and really takes care of you. This is a wonderful practice.

Dr. Rosen is an awesome dentist! The entire team working with him on my teeth were great. Dr. Rosen though, I feel, went above and beyond when he was first pulling my teeth. Doc Rosen is one very talented dentist. I have had a bunch of work; he is very gentle (I hate needles) ; and his skills are second to none; in addition to his perfect skills, he has become a valued friend!

Completed recent skin graft. Felt nurtured during the process and the weeks afterwards. Dr. Rosen and Dr. Erickson medical assistants are the best. The next steps in a few months will be implants.

Just had bottom implants done and I can't say enough about their excellent staff! Dr. Rosen, Dr. Erickson Dr. Basha, as well as the entire support staff.
