Broadstone Scottsdale Quarter

Lived here for two years and had no problems. The office staff was always really helpful and friendly and maintenance responds quickly. Bars, restaurants and shops all within a five minute walk and great pool area, never too crowded.

Beautiful property along with great staff, Megan customer service during my residence was nothing short of excellent.
Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the North Scottsdale area! Megan and Tim are absolutely fantastic and quick to resolve any issues. Can’t beat the view or amenities. Short walk to restaurants/shops in Scottsdale Quarter. Overall so happy with my experience and can’t wait to renew my lease!

Any place that has Tonya working for them has to be a good place. Tanya is simply amazing & I do wonder how she does it. I got to know Broadstone in her company. She kindly showed me all the options even if it took going back over and over to review my options. Thanks to her I found the right spot. I have nothing but good experience here at Broadstone. The interiors are high quality. Parking is underground. Halls clean. For management I do have pointers. Please spray all around. Fix the gate in the pool connecting to the gym & put some lights around. Change lightbulbs on the gym from a dark 40 watts to at least 80. There's no energy walking around. Feels sad. This is my sincere review. But the 5 stars is because at the end of the day. C'mon! This place is nice in so many other ways and it earned my 5 full stars.no doubt!

We literally ran into Broadstone with 15 min till close and Jeremiah was nice enough to toss us the keys to a vacant apartment, so we could rush to get a look at the fixtures and layout. We were so grateful he didn’t turn us away! This property is nice, needs a little facelift but is still cute and in an amazing location.

We are so lucky that we found Jeremiah! We needed an apartment -short notice. Jeremiah went the extra mile to listen to what we needed, coordinate the right apartment for us, and Jeremiah was patient and helpful all the while. We received such great customer service and support. Because of Jeremiah, we are looking forward to starting the new chapter of our life at the Broadstone – Scottsdale Quarter.

My experience so far has been nothing but great. I am moving in from out of state and have been helped by everyone especially Tania. She is quick to respond and has made the application process easy.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful community with Jeremiah! He was extremely welcoming and friendly the moment we stepped foot in the door. It is very few and far between you find a community where the leasing staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Our tour was great and he was extremely informative! I have lived here for about a year. During that time, I have always tried to be critical of my living experience at Broadstone and have been positively surprised with my overall experience. I would say the best attribute here is the responsive staff (Jeremiah, Tania, and the manager Megan) that seem to genuinely care about our well-being. When dealing with the occasional minor issue, they have always been easy to reach and resolved the issue within the same day. The same can be said about the fantastic maintenance and cleaning teams.

The location is excellent and is narrowly beat by Vitri (next door, above Culinary Dropout). These are the only two apartments inside of Scottsdale Quarter. My fiancé and I have toured Vitri several times and have close friends that live there. Candidly, the amenities and appearance are one notch better at Vitri; however, it does come at a higher expense. Most important to us: in a majority of the units at Vitri, you can't open any of the windows! We also personally found the leasing agents there to be a bit condescending and unresponsive. On this topic, we also liked Residences at Kierland as they seem to have the best spa. The two notable downsides in our opinion are: construction on two sides of the building and staff that did not respond at all to any phone calls/messages.

In my objective experience, Broadstone provides the best value vs other premium apartment homes in the area (Optima, Vitri, and Residences). We happily renewed our lease and still love being in such a prime location.

Aubrey, Megan, Tim and the maintenance/cleaning teams really make this a great place to live.

The location is unbeatable - the Quarter is always alive, and if you’re a coffee person/work from home, having Press Coffee across the street is a huge upside. Just a great neighborhood full of friendly people, great food and great shopping.

Getting to wake up to the view of the sun rising over the McDowell Mountains was the icing on the cake. Thanks BSQ team.

Moved out in September 2022 and still cannot get the cleaning fee removed from my account which was automatically deducted from my security deposit. I have video of the perfect condition I left my unit in, did a final walk through with Tim who said it was perfect and someone could move in same day, and had e-mails and phone calls with Jeremiah who said they charged me the cleaning fee by mistake and I could get it reversed but need to go through corporate. Corporate has given me the run around for months now and told me BSQ denied the charge being reversed. Corporate also said Jeremiah was mistaken in his email and numerous phone calls and since fired, obviously not true. Such crooks - absolute disgrace. Shame they can’t even make it right, but not surprised.
