Broadway Park Apartments, Tempe AZ

Location is handy to Phoenix and I like the management people who have gone out of their way, above and beyond, to be helpful to me.

Suuuuper sweet & friendly staff! Out of my price range, but the lady on the phone was so nice & helpful!

I have lived here for three years and I am very happy it's a good community I recommend this place!

Really beautiful and clean property! Everything is green and blooming and its in the heart of Tempe. You can't beat the price or location!

This property is so beautiful! I love that this is an up and coming community because it makes me feel like I am a part of the growth. Camilla has been so helpful in answering all of my questions and painting this community to be my dream home, and it truly is. I am very thankful

This place has a REAL roach problem, If you decide to live here, understand you will have to be extremely clean, to prevent infestation but no matter how clean you are your gonna see ROACHES and the owners spray but it is not effective.the Neighbors are very messy and nasty which adds to the roach problem. BE PREPARED TO FIGHT AN ONGOING WAR WITH THE ROACHES. DON'T LIVE HERE. NOT WORTH IT.

Owner is a slum Lord nothing gets fixed things that are fixed aren't fixed right just jimmy rigged lived there 3yrs for obviously needed to b replaced after 3 yrs she kept my deposit then tried finding more "damage" to charge for. All apartments have roaches none of the electrical is properly wired my catalitic converted was stolen from my parking spot, one neighborattempted to break into another's apartment.

I lived there two years. They are scammers and liars. Tried multiple times to get money out of me for unfounded reasons. Apartment Was always infested with roaches, they never did anything about it. Our AC went out MANY times during the summer and they never even tried to fix it again after the first attempt. I found out from maintenance that it was installed in ‘86, two years BEFORE I was even born. They would turn the water off for 1-3 days at a time without warning. The manager was a lying slumlord.

Good place to live, affordable for Tempe. I have two kids and they have a few friends to run around and play with. Office staff very nice, grounds and landscaping are kept clean, friendly atmosphere. Glad they had a unit open for me.
