Broadway Vista Apartments, Mesa AZ

My husband and I have lived here for a yr and a half and are very pleased with the new management. Noah and Gabby are awesome! We don’t have any issues and if we do Noah makes sure it’s resolved.

I have been living here for 1 year and some months and I can say by far Gaby and Noah have been the best management. They have made all the difference here. If you have a clean unit you won’t have to worry about bugs. I have transferred from 2 units and neither of them had any issues I never seen any bugs just keep your stuff clean and you won’t have to worry.

I have been living here for 9 years and I can say it is worth it. The property stays clean and is very nice they have many things for the residents. The management is also amazing they are very nice and always willing to do whatever it takes to make me happy. Thank you Broadway Vista for making me feel so at home.

Great Short experience with these folks! Me. Noah will always go above and beyond to help with any situation you have. Plus, Ms. Gabby is an outstanding representative as well! She is so calm and understanding and will help you with certain things you need.

The macitence situation needs to be addressed but Noah is the absolute best person ever. Gabby is also amazing. They are quality employees

Front desk and management are terrible. In the unfortunate years I have been here (due to Covid and cost of living) there have been MULTIPLE managers and maintenance people. This manager and front desk are the worst by far. Calls are screened and apparently water pouring on an electrical socket isn't a “maintenance emergency”. They blame all of their issues on the maintenance people when they are the ones giving inaccurate assistant times and only do their job when you hold their hand. The only thing this apartment complex cares about is their precious BBQ area that our 1,400 dollars a month are funding.

At least you will have company during your BBQ…police and roaches frequent here.

Racist lady that lives in block 1 apartment 201, called me and my brother racial slurs, don’t recommend to any people wanting to rent

Pretty bad experience. Nita, the manager has been awful. Other staff too. Maintenence people have been unskilled.

These apartments can use some work, but when I need help maintenance wise, Conrad is the best! So helpful and patient! Thank you!
