Carlos is a great individual. It was a great experience working with him. He was straight forward in the purchasing of a mattress. Wasn't pushy at all. Knew when the wife and I needed to discuss things between us. Brooklyn bedding is a good place to go purchase a new mattress. Sales guys are not pushy mattress salesman.

I am so glad I chose to support an Arizona based company for my new bed purchase. The quality and price blows away the chain stores. I thought I could save money at a chain store, but that is not the case at all. I purchased a bed previously from a chain store and the entire experience was very disappointing; from the sales experience, to the quality of the product, to the price. The store manager, Dave, was awesome. He listened to what is important to me and used his expertise to effectively guide me to the best bed for my needs. I was treated with respect and made to feel very comfortable in the buying process. If you need a new bed, don’t waste your time at a chain store…. And go see Dave at the Broadway store. You won’t regret it!

Just say no to Mattress Firm! Shop this local store that has great beds, great prices, and doesn't make you buy plastic bedsheets to get a guarantee on your mattress! So glad we came here. Customer service was awesome to boot!

It was a good experience. The Broadway location had sales representative (Neil) that didn't use any high pressure sales techniques which was a relief for us since many of their competitors and fellow Brooklyn locations did. We went twice, once to look and the next to buy both times were good experiences, with minimum wait times and pleasant sales people.

Many thanks to Dave for helping us find just the right mattress comfort for our travel trailer. He was a pleasure to work with and absolutely NO high pressure. He insisted we try all the mattresses to see which one worked for both of us & that we were totally happy with our selection. The Brooklyn Bedding location on Broadway and Pantano has proved to be the best mattress location I have found thus far! Both Xulio and David have the best attitudes and knowledge when it comes to helping their customers choose which bed would best suit them. I personally went all over town and compared prices and comfort differences at other mattress stores and in the end I had to go back to Brooklyn Bedding! No one can beat them on pricing and comfort! Working with David was a pleasure. He was personable and attentive, and explained different bedding options to us to allow us to make a decision without pressuring us into a higher priced model. We really appreciated the attention and guidance regarding our options.

Other mattress stores we popped into seemed annoyed that we even came in. The staff at Brooklyn Bedding were immediately attentive and were able to help me find what I was looking for.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that the salesman didn’t think it was important for him to protect others from COVID. The door had a sign that required masks, but apparently only customers can carry it. We bought our new bed at Matress Firm.

Our experience at the Brooklyn Bedding store (on the corner of Broadway and Pantano) was phenomenal. David is a no pressure salesperson that listened to us and really tried to understand our needs. We went into the store to purchase a bed for our RV and left with two. One for the RV And another for our Master Bedroom. Both real comfortable beds. One had all the bells and whistles. Total price for two was cheaper than the name brand bed we are replacing. Great job Brooklyn Bedding!

For delivery, then when the mattress was delivered on the side of the truck in very large letters it said FREE DELIVERY ANY WHERE IN THE NATION. I feel like I was taken for a ride. I guess the drinks are on me.

Safety standards with masks. Social distancing met. Most of all David knows his stuff and was great at pro and con and answered all my questions, plus he has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend.
