The woman who sold us the bed was great. The shipping dept.needs to read the notes. The bed was supposed to be shipped on the 15th of Jan. But it was shipped the 26th of Dec.when could not pick it up from the ups store.

Daniel was an excellent sales representative. He explained the difference between the various mattresses and let them sell themselves! Very low key! Very pleasant.

The salesperson was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. We searched a lot for mattresses and we just always found the mattress here to be the one. Overall a very good bed place for those who have one near them

I purchased a bed at Brooklyn Bedding and Keaton helped me. He was so knowledgeable and personable. He really took time to go over all the different options I had and offered suggestions. There was never a hard sell though, and I appreciated that. It was actually a really fun experience, which was a pleasant surprise. We laughed a lot throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Brooklyn Bedding. Oh and I am loving my new bed!

This is the second time we have bought a mattress from Brooklyn Bedding at San Tan Marketplace and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to buy another mattress anywhere else! Mattia was so helpful and efficient while getting us hooked up with a new mattress for our guest room. We were in and out in 30 minutes not because we were rushed, but because we knew what to expect from our first purchase three years ago and because of Mattia’s expertise and experience. The environment was very clean and calm, customer service skills are above and beyond, and the products are top tier as always. I am excited to come back if I ever need another mattress.

Bought a mattress & adjustable base at the Market Street location. Mattia was a great salesperson; she answered all our questions and really made us feel comfortable with our purchase. So far the sleep experience has been amazing! Stop by their warehouse in Glendale to get a better feel for what they offer, and I think you can even take a tour.

**DO NOT BUY A BED HERE! ** They don’t take care of you when their beds break down. We have a Sedona. The bed isn’t a full year old yet and it has been giving us back aches and body aches. They sent an inspection team out, who by the way are the same guys that delivers the beds. They said it has to dip a full inch. Well funny because the bed isn’t a full years old and it’s already half of that which sucks because I’m sure another month or two it’s gonna get worse. You sit on the bed it dips bad. We express that our body is hurting more than ever and we’ve had cheaper beds than this and never had problems until years later. Funny because the salesmen that sold us this bed made it seem like these were the best beds, and that this company takes care of its customers no matter what. Well guess what, they DONT. I will never ever buy a bed here ever again. Spent over $4000 on this useless bed and they won’t even consider helping us out. To make matters worse WE HAD TO FOLLOW UP ON THE INSPECTION, which they should’ve reached out to let us know what was going on. BUYERS BEWARE. Really regret spending our hard earned money here. What a joke.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Bought an adjustable bed a year ago and it stopped working. Called BB and was given a number to their "warranty" department. Called multiple times, get someone different every time and no one knows anything. They tell me every time someone will call back and no one ever does. Been dealing with this for over a month. Looked up BB'ings "warranty" department - W Silver in Vinton, TX and their business licenses are expired. Tried calling BB and was hung up on. I now have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! I have filed a complaint with BBB against BB and will seek repair reimbursement in court

Buying a new mattress needn't be as stressful as buying a car, but because it's an important purchase that can affect one's sleep and wellbeing, I was anticipating a sense of overwhelm given all the options there are to choose from. The adjustable mattress with vibrating massage never gets old and we are sleeping better than ever before! You don't even realize what you've been missing until you give yourself the gift of great slumber. The entire experience was seamless, as was the delivery and setup; they even took away the old mattress. Brooklyn Bedding and Mattia were professional and responsive throughout, making the dreaded mattress purchasing experience nightmare-free.

The perfect place to shop for a bed. I love that theses beds are made in Arizona. Much support for local businesses very important to me. Great quality and Matea was awesome in guiding our final decision.

I came in to check out their mattress that CNET ranked best mattress. Salesmen stated it the poorest quality mattress they offer and will not last the warranty. It's just a guest room mattress. I just left, if your high ranked mattress is garbage then I suspect the rest are as well. Strange experience.
