The shopping experience at this location was exceptional. Josh was so helpful and knowledgeable, we came in to buy one only but decided to purchase two!

I love my new bed. I bought my new Titan bed about a month ago. The main part is coil and it has a small layer of memory foam on top. It's very firm and great for my back. It was a very good investment for me.
Al Almaoui provided exceptional customer service explaining the difference between the types of beds and how you can order there and it's shipped free if charge from the local factory in Phoenix. I highly recommend Brooklyn Bedding beds. It was a great choice for me and I know it will be for you.

Such a wonderful experience! We haven’t shopped for a new mattress in years and Joanna was super friendly, amazing and knowledgeable. We tried out every mattress (like Goldilocks) and learned all about how they were made. She also shared the inspiring story of this local family business-which we loved! AL Almaoui was the best! He immediately knew how to help me find exactly what I wanted. He made sure it would get delivered when I needed it as well as making sure I was satisfied with my purchase after it arrived at my apartment.

My wife and I have been shopping for a new mattress and wanted to feel the Helix mattresses which are sold in the Brooklyn Bedding stores now. Al helped us out at this store and he was awesome! He was insightful and made suggestions without being at all pushy. We ended up buying our mattress here instead of online because Al was so helpful and he helped match the savings in store as the online price. We also appreciated that all Brooklyn beds (as well as Helix) are manufactured right here in Phoenix so supporting a local business was a plus. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone, very positive experience compared to other stores we went to. When you stop by be sure to ask for Al he will help you out!

I’m so happy to be able to find the perfect bed and it’s from an Arizona business. My sales guy wasn’t pushy and he was very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to sleep in my new bed 10/10 recommended. They also had a really good sale going on too so my bed felt like a steal.

Al was amazing! I am a college student who is moving in to her first apartment all by herself, and I was really struggling to find a mattress. I went to a few different stores before I came to this Brooklyn bedding location, and Al was very helpful. He helped me find my mattress pretty quickly, even though he knew I was set on when he’s still showed me what it was capable of with the springs inside and what was on top. He was super kind and made me feel very comfortable. He also got me an amazing price. I highly recommend coming to see Al and bring him a coffee! 100/100

Recently got a great deal on a new mattress and foundation from Brooklyn Bedding. Al and Scott at the Tempe Marketplace location were extremely helpful and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact mattress I was looking for at a more than reasonable price. Anna at the Phoenix location was absolutely amazing and even helped me load the mattress into my truck. I simply couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of both the product and service I received from Brooklyn Bedding. 10/10 would recommend!

Came to see what options BB had to offer onsite. While they didn't have the size I looked for atm, the rep, Al was incredibly helpful and informative and was able to showcase some of the features I overlooked. Ultimately, he helped choose the right mattress and opted to pick the size I wanted from their factory (which is open to customers). Greatly recommend, the mattress was ready to go after unsealing, no wait needed!

Went here about two weeks ago and had a great time. Al is the one who.sold me the bed and seems to be a great guy from the time I spent there. He reminded me of one of my Grandparents neighbors. Any who, after trying multiple mattresses I found the perfect one. I also got the frame that vibrates and goes up and down (there's a name, but I forget what they call them lol). I have sciatica issues and it feels amazing on my back. If you get a bed gotta get t sheets. I got a pack and not sure if I would buy another pack, but I like em. I wear products in my beard and it doesn't wash out the bedding very gd. Other then that though I like em. The mf pillows AMAZING! My home girl told me to go there for those and that was all I had planned in getting lol. Fo real though, yall gotta check this place out.
