Brooklyn New York Pizza and Italian Café, Mesa AZ

We came in for family dinner last week and the food was absolutely incredible, today we ordered a pizza to go. Let me just say, you will not be disappointed. The food is delicious. The staff is phenomenal. Hidden little gem for sure. We will be back lots.

Pizza, salad, pasta? All you can eat lunch? Yes, please.

A total hole in the wall restaurant in a unassuming mid-block strip mall. If it wasn't for the weekly visits to the carniceria across the street (Carniceria del Rancho -highly recommended- go get some doughnuts), we might not even know this pizza place was here. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but don't let this stop you. Go inside.

Might not look like much on the inside either. Very minimalistic. Throwback diner feel from the 80's. But we weren't here to buy looks. We were here for lunch.

Advertising sign said all you can eat salad, pasta, and pizza. Had to try it. But first, fried zucchini on the menu so had to try them. Some of the better fried zucchini we've had. Huge basket too.

Salad was better than expected. Pasta of the day was fettuccine with marinara. Not my favorite sauce but the noodles were cooked perfectly. The marinara was good. I should have ordered a side of alfredo to pour on top. I'm guessing that would have been awesome.

Got to pick any pizza (10"). I went with meat lovers and wife went with lasagna. Lasagna pizza? Apparently it's a thing! Pizza was delicious. The crust was superb. But we didn't need the all you can eat. It was more than I could eat and had to take the initial serving home! Ended up eating the rest for supper!

We don't eat pizza often. I mean, close to never! We usually eat low carb. Wife wanted pizza today. We're glad she did and decided on this little place.

Our waitress was Tracy. Very nice and pleasant to talk to.

We will definitely be going back.

5 stars for sure! A modest little place offering DELICIOUS food, EXCELLENT service, QUALITY ingredients, GREAT prices, and an owner who CARES! Talk about a bang for your buck! The pizzas, salads, and dressings are CRAVE-WORTHY, the garlic knots are HEAVEN, the desserts are FABULOUS, everything is so fresh, and the staff are so welcoming! Top-notch for sure! Happy to have found it! It’s the ONE place I can say we intend to frequent OFTEN!

The Pizza wasn’t bad, but it was NOT Brooklyn pizza. Also; when you advertise “Fresh Mozzarella” and use Ricotta on your Margarita Pizza you’re gonna get called out.

Wow, seriously good pizza! I took a chance and it paid off. I ordered "14 NY Style The spices are spot on, fennel sausage, everything comes together nicely. My new goto pizza place.

Amazing Cannolis- just total overall amazing food! Do not let the parking lot scare you off! Quaint inside- awesome chef and service!

I've driven past this place and always wanted to try it out.well I finally did today and I did not regret it at all! I definitely found a new pizza spot and you can't beat their lunch Italian feast. It's well worth the price and you won't leave hungry. They have options for keto and vegetarian as well. So definitely give this place a try!

The absolute BEST pizza hands down! We went here a week ago for the first time and had the all you can eat lunch special. We were blown away with how much food we got. It included an amazing salad, pasta of the day and a 10 inch pizza. I had Pepperoni and my boyfriend had Lasagna and Pepperoni pizza. We will definitely be back!

Hidden gem!
For being relatively new here, these guys are doing amazing. We came down from north Phoenix with visiting family to hit the antique shops across the street. We had various pizzas, pastas, salads, and wings. EVERYTHING we had was delicious! We fed 10 really hungry, really good eaters for about $13 per person. The atmosphere is simple diner-like. The food didn't need any fancy settings to stand out. Met the owner and he was really nice. I hope this place does well so we can continue to enjoy when we get back this way.

Pepperoni and mushroom pizza was ery tasty. Nice fresh mushroom flavor. They should add beer and wine to the menu.

Had Alfredo sauce on our NY style pizza instead of the red sauce was sssooo good! BYOB is pretty cool too. Thanks again, CJ was an awesome hostess/server also.

Wonderful restaurant with pleasant and efficient staff. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. We will be going back!

We read some reviews and decided to give it a try. We were very pleased. We each had the feast and it was so much food. Had leftovers for later. My husband has the Hawaiian pizza and said it was the best Hawaiian pizza he ever had. I had the supreme and it was delicious. Wait staff was wonderful. We will definitely go back again.

Best pizza around! Kids loved the cheese pizza. Me and the wife had the pepperoni. Can't wait to go back!

Great pizza reasonable great selection. The gluten free crust is very tasty. Will definitely return. Have fish fry on Fridays also!
