Brooklyn Pizza Company, Tucson AZ

I like the pizza here and Brooklyn pizza is only a 12 minute drive from home, tonight was a terrible customer service experience. I waited an hour for an order I phoned in, the staff forgot that I was there to pick up even after paying for the order.then forgot my garlic knots (previously paid for) and did not include the marinara sauce. I do not plan on returning.

I made an online order for $13 because the minimum purchase for delivery had to be $10. Ten minutes after placing my order i received a call from an associate there, Jake, who told me my minimum purchase had to be $28 for delivery. I let him know online it showed $10 minimum purchase for delivery not $28. He said that is why he is giving me a call, to let me know it's $28 and not $10. (With an unpleasant attitude) I told him again it did not state that online. I would not let me proceed with less than $10 so i added more things to bring it above $10 which would let me do delivery, No where on there did it say anything about $28 min.for delivery. Jake said "That's why Im calling you now to let you know. " I asked to speak to a manager since he had no intentions of helping me and was rude, so he put me on hold. He did not put a manager on the phone at any moment, he got back on the line and said "ok so i verified and its only $10 min.for certain areas. Your area falls within the $28 min.for delivery. " I asked if i should take this to corporate or a main office since they cannot help me at all and all he said was "Yes". No one there had any intentions of helping me whatsoever. At any moment did they try to find a solution for me. No where online does it say there has to be a $28 min purchase for certain areas. It said the min.purchase for delivery is $10. The staff there is rude. Us customers keep your business alive. Not to mention it was my first time ordering from this place.

Some Dude said he liked my shirt.that was cool.pizza was tasty and garlic knots are still delicous. 10/10

Awesome Tucson joint, although during the school season this place is crawling with people! I highly recommend this place if you're hungry for a good slice of pizza during the summer.

Brooklyn has my favorite pizza in town! The food is amazing, the staff is friendly and the prices are hard to beat. I love that they are solar powered, such a great bonus. Go and visit, I'm sure you'll love it too.

The current picture doesn't do this place justice. Go here, especially after the bars/clubs/date nites. Quick and easy. Kinda pricey for one slice though.

Went in to order a slice around 10: 30. Only 2 other people inside. Waited 23 min with no call. Sitting 10 ft from both the woman working the counter and the cook. Went up and politely asked what the hold up was. Apparently someone walked in and took my food. My name was never called. No apologies, just the "oh well" attitude. I wasnt expecting or entitled to over-the-top empathy but anything deviating from "guess it was just your turn to get f****d. "

They have some great deals on their single slices and drinks, other thinks are kind of more expensive so getting a deal is better. Great pizza though!

No bathroom and they charge a dollar for a cup of water but the best pizza I've had and quite some time

This place has really gone down hill. Over priced per topping, worse salads ever, rather salad, full moon specials no longer permit any topping other than cheese. Not very special at all. I been going there for 19years but not anymore.

Great pizza served hot. Can buy by the slice too. $18 for a cheese pizza. Toppings are about a dollar extra.

Food was not bad. I ate here visiting from new Jersey. The sauce was a little sweet for my tast and the crust could be done more but all in all not a bad pie

Made from scratch pizza that tastes absolutely amazing, didn't get to try their gelato but I would assume it's on par. The by the slice is a great portion size for a good price. Definitely going to be eating here often.

Hands down, my personal pizza of choice. One size only, or order by slice, I guarantee you sill not or cannot find a better slice of pizza in Tucson. In fact, not only is Brooklyn's pizza delicious straight from the oven, but it even better cold from the fridge. Don't get discouraged by the price. There ate moments in life when you realize where the extra dollars went. If you find yourself on 4th Avenue, stop by Sky Bar, enjoy a cool refreshing beer and order up a pie. You won't regret it

Such a great place to enjoy an authentic tasting pizza. Despite the 15-20 min wait time it is definitely worth it. Pizza in a 8.6 in my book.

Sometimes slow but always delicious. Order ahead and go pick up. Parking situation on 4th is always interesting if you're driving. Think they have passes for the lot. Get some garlic knots while you're at it.

I'm from Brooklyn. The real thing. And I know my pizza. And this is good pizza. It's the real thing. Also, you can get a slice anytime of the day or night. And one more cool thing, every month on the full moon they have discounted Pizza.
