Had the Sylfirm with Exosomes treatment with Heidi. She is very professional and knowledgeable with the machine and process. With numbing of the face for an hour before.treatment was a 2/10 for pain. I appreciate the time she takes to understand your concerns and areas of face I wanted to see improvement. Redness subsided within a few hours. I appreciate how friendly and helpful the entire staff is! Will be back many more times!

Take a second to think, are they listening to what I asked for or selling me. This place is all about money. They’ll talk you into what they need and want. No personality. Very cold.

Heidi, a medical esthetician, was very professional and more than helpful. After I initiated question regarding other treatments she went beyond explaining and recommending, giving me valuable resources. Also it’s very rare to have the doctor come and consult so readily when not scheduled but Dr Bruggeman did just that!

My experience with dr b and his trusted staff was nothing short of perfection. I came to them with breast implant illness (yes it is real & no it’s not in your head)! Mine were way too big for my body and I was getting sicker as time went on. What he ended up doing with my breasts is unbelievable. I’m no longer sick! All symptoms are gone! The skill and knowledge he has is fantastic. I love how much he trusts his office ladies! And they also showcase his amazing work too! I've had the best experience with Dr. B and his staff. On my consult for a TT Dr. B made me feel comfortable and he was very thorough and answered all my questions. Kaylee was amazing and never hesitated to answer all my emails and questions. Day of surgery Dr. B made me feel confident and was there every step of the way. He even visited me at my hotel room after surgery to check on my progress and has been in contact with me every day after. His work is amazing and I am so pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr. B for any procedure and his office staff are top notch.

Dr. Bruggeman is absolutely amazing! I’ve been wanting my breast implants removed for a few years now and I was referred to him by a friend. He went over all my options and what he thought would be best, especially with me planning on having more kids in the future. Dr. B is beyond knowledge and cares about his patients! I ended up having my implants removed and Bodytite performed on my breast to help with tightening and lifting. I couldn’t be happier with the results! I went for a consultation to see if I was a good candidate for a tummy tuck and breast lift. Dr. B answered all my questions and concerns and I felt very prepared and knew actually what to expect prior to surgery. Post surgery his staff was very understanding and made sure all my medications were ready prior to surgery and Dr. B even called a few days after to make sure everything was going well. I had my first 3 month follow up appointment and everything seemed to be healing great. Dr. B is a wonderful surgeon and is very caring and accommodating and is extremely gifted in the work he does. I'm very pleased with my results and would recommend him to all my family and friends.
