Disappointed with customer service and their ridiculous policies especially because are not disclosed in advance; if you cancel because of illness, you won't get your money back.will NEVER recommend this company and neither their partner Papillon Helicopter tour in the Grand Canyon

Hello to all tourists! I arrived for one day from another country, I could not imagine that a place that is visited by 5 million people a year does not have a taxi system. I want to thank this person and this company who were able to pick up us 3 tourists on the street and take us to show the tour! It was an incredible journey with this guy! To all tourists! Rent a car or use this tour company, don't even think about taking a taxi to the canyon! THANK YOU! You are best!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our sunset tour Nathan was completely full of information that was very helpful such a nice personable man we recommend that you go through buckwild Hummer tours.

We got the nicest and patient tourguide, David. He will always tell us where to go to get best views and pics, he took pics for our group and was really patient with us since we kept running late from each stop. He provided blankets to sit down and cold water. He was really good at providing info during the tour and after on places where to eat and visit. Highly recomended and worth!

My husband and I booked a Sunset Tour at the Grand Canyon on 3/24/23. Renee was our tour guide and driver. She picked us up at our hotel promptly at the time stated and welcomed us with a huge smile. We picked up 10 more folks along the way. Renee was so informative and pointed out the elk and deer wandering about.
Unfortunately our hummer had a mechanical issue before our tour started, however, Renee was right on it, called for another vehicle and kept us all warm and safe until we could transfer hummers.
Our tour continued with Renee at the helm. She was so informative and entertaining the whole route stopping 3 times along the way as the tour advertised. She graciously took our photos while explaining the different layers and rock formations. Despite our vehicle issue we made all 3 stops and got to revel in the beauty of the sunset. What an experience
Traveling back Renee informed us that we would all be reimbursed 50% of our tour for the “slight” inconvenience. It wasn’t necessary, however, that is what makes a good company a great one.
I highly recommend Buck Wild Tours and Renee. It was the cherry on top of our vacation sundae.

Great way to see the south rim. Trey was fantastic and very knowledgeable.
We were taken to some great vantage spots for photography. The supplied lunch was surprisingly good.
The hummer had good seating and vision, although the plastic windows were not conducive to good photography on the move. Blankets were also available for those feeling the cold. Very enjoyable tour.

We had Jerry as a tour guide who gave us wonderful insight throughout the tour. We were picked up from our hotel on time and enjoyed every stop. Definitely do this tour if you get the chance.

This tour was really fun, we saw a lot of great places. We enjoyed having a guide who had tons of information about the area. I would recommend the sunset tour as it was absolutely beautiful.

They picked us up right in front of our lodge, on a timely manner. The Hummer was a lot of fun and our guide Trey was awesome! He was very knowledgeable of all the different areas we went to.

Renee was amazing JUST AMAZING! We enjoyed her knowledge and enthusiasm and helping us enjoy the canyon being smart thank you well worth it with her as our guide! She included everyone who was in that hummer it was awesome

Tour guides were super friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice. Just be aware that the places they stop on the sunset tour are all places you can get to yourself with your car.

Renee was our tour guide and she was phenomenal! She was full of great information and had tons of interesting things to share with us. She was able to spot wildlife along the way for us to see and showed us some amazing sight seeing locations. My husband, daughter and I had a great time and look forward to coming back!

We had hiked the canyon the day before but should have done this first. Our Native American (Navajo) guide, Jerry, was one of the best we ever had. His knowledge level and personality were exceptional. He also gave complete tie in to native history. You would miss alot if the other guides are not as thorough as him.

Loved the sunset ride! Ted was an amazing guide and was able to show us the best locations and provide very good answers to all our questions! Very friendly and fun!

Cannot say enough great things about this tour! Our tour guide Gigi was AMAZING! She told us all kinds of stories and history of the places she was taking us. She took photos for us, gave us blankets for the sunset, and ponchos for the rain. Magical experience, I highly recommend. Anyone thinking about taking this tour, DO IT!
