My grandson has autism. He doesnt like his head to be touch, and is hard to sit still. They were very understanding and worked with his moving head. They have done great and he is less stressed now when getting a hair cut.

Wouldn't recommend. My son has hearing loss and needs to wear devices on his ears. I tried to explain to the owner (who was the only one there at that time) that she had to be careful around the bulges where the implant rests. She looked at me confused. So I told her that she could feel the area. But she didn't want to touch my son's head. She just kept saying that she could cut it. That she could "do it". Again I tried to encourage her to feel his head so that she knew where she would need to be a little more careful trimming near his head. But she wasn't budging she just kept staring at me telling me that she could cut his hair. I then told her that I would go somewhere else. She seemed disinterested and uncaring. I didn't feel comfortable allowing her to trim his hair if she didn't care enough to be careful around his head. I wish I would have gotten her name. I only know that she was the owner. She was an older Mexican lady who drove a really nice Hummer. I think it was a darker shaded color. Could have been a dark forest green or dark blue color. She was also 15 minutes late from the time that they were supposed to be opened.
