8This Company is so unprofessional! They verified our phone number when we set our appointment up and then on the day of the appointment they just showed up without notice. Their excuse what that they had the wrong phone number when they verified my number on the call. Was not advised that to replace my windshield it needed to be done in my garage. So as i clean out my garage the tech that was sent out walks up to see what’s going on. I explained we should’ve been notified when they were on their way and that they needed my garage. Tech starts walking away and says we should’ve called the office to reschedule and then drove off! I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior. This is my first time even getting my windshield replaced and I had my boyfriend schedule it for me. I will never use this company again and will make sure to advise family and friends to not either.
Absolutely top notch! I called inquiring about specific glass and with 10 minute had an appointment. They came and installed today and we’re quick, professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend!
