Budget Car Rental, Tucson AZ

I prepaid for my rental. I asked about an additional charge that showed up on my invoice and was told I wouldn't be charged that as it was the rate for an extra day. I am local and was charge $55 for an airport fee. I was then charged a $16 fee for not driving over 75 miles? What is the purpose of prepaying just to be charged extra for things that should not be charged for.

I rented a car and it smelled like someone smoked a black and mild in it. I returned the car early and they charged me the same rate as if I kept it the whole time.

I've rented two vehicles in the last month and had nothing but excellent service. This is why I would recommend this to everyone I know. Your staff is fabulous and should be rewarded for it.

The ONLY issue was that the exterior of the car was so dirty that I took it to the car wash before I started my trip. Otherwise it was a great car and the employees were very attentive and pleasant.

A new employee Brenden didn't explain that there would be an additional cost if I drove less than 75 miles. Your manager wouldn't listen to reason and underlined that one should read the complete contract before signing or initialing anything. She's a detriment to your organization!

I made a reservation 24hrs before to make sure I would get a vehicle. I get to Budget near Tucson airport and they have me family van because the car I reserved was given to someone else. I drove it to Phoenix and left it 2hrs before the return time at the Phoenix airport drop off with a full tank as I had gotten it. I was charged an additional 36$ for no apparent reason. I understand coming back from pandemic times are challenging but Budget made it very difficult to work with them and am not happy I was charged any additional charge. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND OTHER CAR RENTALS.

Our experience was wonderful. Staff was fast and friendly. Cost was steep and was well over half of our vacation budget, but we felt safe and comfortable.

Love this place, Service was great, car was awesome! Best part was I did not have to have a Credit Card, I could use my Debit!

Be careful what you sign. Julio will say something but type something different. He stated 150 free miles but charged us for 80 miles.
Go elsewhere don't deal with thieves.

I did not feel safe in the vehicle provided. I did not want to drive it back due to the tires were worn and was charged$500 for this. Not only will I not recommend Budget, I will not use them again.

Changed me an extra $110.31 with out telling me why probably will never rent from you again I've been trying to talk to someone for 4 days and never got a call back

Do not rent from here. We were quoted 385 total. They have charged us $213 dollars extra. They said we were given an intermediate vehicle instead of compact. We did not ask for or accept an upgrade. I have sent in our quote and am waiting to hear back to get our refund.

Budget was able to provide a renal car for the time period I needed it. I picked it up from an off-airport location and was able to return it to the Airport location which was more convenient.

Budget made my renting experience fast and extremely easy! I would definitely recommend them. They saved me when no other rental companies were available.
