The staff was greatly knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and left me with no confusion. I am very satisfied with the experience. The prices are reasonable and service was outstanding.
From inspecting various units with varying dimensions, to signing the rental agreement, I had a very positive experience. The entire staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Very clean and modern units, as well as competitively priced.
Great friendly service provided by a young lady that was multitasking on the weekend. VERY CLEAN
Returned a U Haul trailer that got loose and damaged my truck. We had insurance but they did not cover the damage. Remember if you rent from U Haul they don't care if your vehicle is damaged only their own items
