The on-site manager, Gard, got me out of a huge jam. A true pro, and a hell of a nice guy to deal with. I couldn't be happier with experience.
I was not asked if I wanted protection luckily I look in email and saw it and called to say I did not want it. And I never was asked to produce an declaration page just my policy number for insurance. So they where going to charge me for that. For a storage unit

I found an OPEN BEER left in the driver's door storage bin. If a cop had stopped me, I could have been in real trouble. Also, they sold me a U-Haul branded lock for the truck, but it didn't fit the truck. If you must do business with U-Haul, go to a real U-Haul place, not some "dealer. "
