I love that is a 24-hour wash house and being able to wash outside it's really great with allergies and everything because everything goes up in the air instead of a washhouse super groovy

I will be real with you. If you want to stay in a room where there drug, gangs, drug user, and police this is the place for you. I wouldn't let my dog sleep there.

I had a huge grocery delivery for someone at this place, literally the biggest delivery I've ever had. I showed up fairly late at night with it, and the person who ordered it was not around at the time I arrived. A genuine fellow, who I presume is the property manager, dropped what he was doing and not only helped me unload it to a much easier spot, but then out of his own pocket and out of the kindness in his heart handed me a tip, totally unexpected all around. I thought I should throw a shout out to this guy, I was literally blown away by his kindness, and while I spent most of the day delivering to the entitled citizens of Scottsdale, I would choose to deliver to this place in a heartbeat over McCormick Ranch! Thanks dude, you made my night

This place obviously is running an escort service or as many escorts working out at the place and too many unsavory types to mention. Would definitely not recommend it for family for sure not even for a single person it's bottom of the barrel don't go
Room for tiny tiny and very dirty I don't think they clean after every guests look like some of the guests stay there long periods of time as I said possibly escorting I'm surprised that the police don't arrives are more

Not the best place on the planet but it's not the worst either most roach motels are really awesome
