Honestly, I had a few second thoughts about it at first but I actually am starting to feel at home here, the price is the only thing I would say cuz it's a weekly rate and we pay about 360 a week, but they do add that the price lowers the longer u stay, but utilities r included with furniture, one thing i like about this place is how quickly we got to move in, it took maybe 24-72 hours and we were moving in already!

Does anyone know if it costs any more money for putting someone under your living residence with you? Please let me know, thank you.

Terrible reception desk, they are either very docile or express their annoyingness very visibly. Security staff is likely the only good thing here, just as all other hotels and apartments. They price literally almost everything and add it on to your rent. Only one good receptionist as far as I know, which is a younger gentlemen, all others show no regard to their job professionally. The worst encounter for me was with the a man with a bald spot on his head, and hes kind of short and chubby. Very angry because he "has enough to do with his job, " and expressed his anger very unprofessionally.

Trash, trash and more trash.if you think this is the place to save money and get your things together, you are mistaken.they nickel and dime you to death, 4.95 for microwave, cleaning fees, stealing deposits and changing fees, and just overall grossness.this place can depress you know that a dirty one bedroom is about 385$ a week.but hey utilities are included.this place isnt even worth 200 a week.youve been warned.

I love it the convenience of being able to get a roof over your head all Bill's paid kitchenette. I had no critters and in a regular motel I use my own sheets anyway, EXTREMELY CONVENIENT AND CAME RIGHT ON TIME.

I had this place at a two or three star before but their "security" guards have crossed the line one too many times. There was a noise complaint so the security guard called the police. He told the cops that he heard a domestic dispute in the apartment where I live alone. Then when the police came I was out walking my dog and they stopped me. While I was downstairs they came up to my apartment and the security guard searched my apartment. And then the next day they want to evict me because I have a couple kitties and because "the police were called". You pay rent and then expect a reasonable amount of privacy but my privacy was heavily violated by this place.

This place was horrible they ripped me off for my deposit they don’t inform you that you have to tell them 2 days befor you leave that you have to tell them when your leaving even though I told them I was staying a week only they already knew what day I was leaving so they charged me the full 200 $ deposit for nothing they trick bag you horrible plus the place was extremely hot I was so upset that I spent money here I would have rather slept in a tent don’t go here

What they don't tell you on their website anywhere is they keep 125 of your deposit for cleaning.a week is 360 with tax. Plus 125 cleaning fee comes out to 485 for one week! They mail you the other 250 of your despot 14 days after you check out via check. Wow! What a rip. Also they refused to even show me the room before I paid. They said "we can show you pictures". I can get a way better hotel room with no deposit for less than that.

It was a nice place don’t me wrong but honestly didn’t like the fact they put us in a room four days after removing a dead body from it. Was told by multiple neighbors that they didn’t even switch out the bed only the plastic. So YES my young cousin was very terrified to sleep in the room so every night she left her lamp on. Also front desk staff is really rude. Security on the other hand is very nice.

Although this place was fairly cheap and clean, it's pretty out dated. Really liked the older maintenance guy. He was sad to see me go. The price isn't awful for the area. The staff is super friendly and was on top of things except when it came to my return deposit. I had to call 3 times up to 6 weeks after I moved out only to find out that they are not returning my deposit because I CHECKED OUT 30 MINUTES PAST NOON? Come on. I left the room super clean and everything in exact order I received it. I was only here for 1 month and I gave all the proper notice. So I can give them a better rating based upon that. I know policy is policy but you could have made a call on this one.

Roaches! Everytime I turned off the lights and flipped it back on, they'd run back where they came from. EVERYTIME! I slept with the lights on. I didn't bother asking for a new room as this situation seems to be the norm there. They see who they can pass the room off on. They all had smelled heavy of smoke. No sheets, toilet paper, or service at all. So service, doesn't exist. Kitchen and bathroom worked but would you feel comfortable using them seeing the conditions? I used the shower but wanted another one when I was through. At the end of my week stay, I moved to a much more clean and well serviced Motel with maids and sheets and toilet paper! It was the same dang price! Why I wasted my money on a weekly stay is beyond me. The office is the nicest part of the property. The rooms are neglected. They save the money on service by having you bring your own stuff but honestly, you can afford a motel with service for the same price unless you need to stay here because you have no credit or have some odd reason you can't go to a motel. Avoid this place hit up a cheap motel, you'll avoid all the headaches of providing your own service and getting the worst room I've stayed in ever and probably avoid a bunch of shady clients as well.

In reality, 3½ stars, 4 due to the convenience && eleghettoness. It's an apartment under hotel rules which means bring your own towels, toilet paper and bed sheets! They provide a shower curtain tho. Quant units, 1 or 2 bedrooms available. Overall, nice place to stay if you're in a bind

The place is ok. There are roaches but I rarely see them. It looks good outside. There aren't many problems. One of the office workers is rude.

Run, don't walk, away from this place. Their front desk staff thinks customer service means customer abuse. Top to bottom, they let you know they are better than you because they, unlike you, don't have to live there. I have spent 40 years in the hospitality industry and have never dealt with such a sorry, poorly-trained bunch of truly unpleasant people. God bless their dark souls! This review is exactly what i went through. The place is crawling with roaches and bed bugs. Tried to get my money back but no go. Once they got your money that is it. Not to mention the drug addicts that are hanging around your doorstep. We had our car window broken and some of our belongings taken out of our car. Any good reviews on here are put up by them. There is no way any real tenant would put up a good review. Like the previous review said, run don't walk away from this place.

Reasonably-priced. Staff was friendly, and maintenance and groundskeeping is well-staffed and responsive. They also do a background check for sex offenders, and so I saw more children here than at any other extended-stay place in town. The only downside is that you have to pay for internet access per-device; it'd be nice if it was included. It has a pool, and even external elevators to get from floor to floor, which is nice for those of us that're disabled. Would rent from them again.

Not even worth the one star I had to choose. Security staff nicer than the front desk folks. I will be posting the name of the person, who cannot be called or described as a lady, thought it would be a good idea to yell and berate me in front of a lobby full of people when all I was attempting to do was drop off two pieces of paper. I hand-wrote the unit number on the paper. I also timely pay and never bother anyone sticking to myself at all times. My unit is a dump — the toilet does not always flush, the bathroom sink is constantly clogged, the drawers in the kitchen are screwed shut, and the kitchen cupboards are dilapidated. However, they are very concerned about you paying $22 per week for fake wood floors. Walking anywhere in the complex will get you high from all of the marijuana wafting out of any number of open windows.

No truer quote in this case is more true than “Absolute power corrupts absolutely. ” That pink uniform shirt must be working overtime to give her such a high degree of power entitlement no matter how self-annointed (Oops - did I mean “appointed”?) it must be.

She needs to work on her people skills if she is going to continue dealing with the public.

Too expensive and they don’t return your deposit for 2-6 weeks! Another big business preying on those who need a place to stay
