Buena Pet Clinic has been my main Vet clinic for years. They have been overall excellent to work with. They try to fit me in when something is more serious which I really appreciate. They work with preservation breeders.

Beyond rude, unprofessional. The doctor saying they don’t have time to look at the dogs history and he wasn’t the doctor. Told me I can go somewhere else and hung up on me. Not even my dog. It’s my daughters and they called me instead. I’m also out of state. They have no idea how to treat customers and my daughters dog has been in the twice for the same diagnosis. Receptionist rude as well.

We have been with Buena for about 20 years. Dr. Halbach is always honest and caring, finds the best way to take care of our Boxers. When it is an emergency, such as a cat scratch to an eye, they get you in the same day. I won't take my Boxers anywhere else.

I've taken multiple dogs here, staff here will take care of your doggo & the doctors actually listen!

They are always super busy and appointments run later, but that's probably because they provide quality affordable service. Depending on which doctor you see you might get different advice, but it's nice to get different opinions and it makes it obvious they are not just giving you basic canned speech regarding your pets condition.

Awesome place to go and affordable. Everyone was so nice and professional. Just didn't like the little comments for spaying our dog as we are professional breeders outside of working hvac.
Their was a lady who shook her head in a disapproval manner. I was not too fond of either.

Best place to take your pets to be cared for with knowledge and kindness. I am a havanese breeder so they have been seeing my dogs for years for prenatal and X-ray puppy counts. I always feel confident when my girls are welping a litter if I need help either Dr Nightingale or Dr Halbach will be there for help.

How are u a vet not accepting new clients very disappointing and very rude ways of answering the phone could do better with their customer service.

They were very accommodating to the specific needs I had with a stray spayed female feline that had been on our property for some time but had become very sick and unfortunately necessitated being put down. They were very professional.

I’ve been going to Buena Pet Clinic for over 30 years. I tried changing to places closer to home recently after I retired but just didn’t feel my pets got the same quality care and attention they do at Buena. I also like their business practice of letting owners be in the room with their pets for check ups. Seems like this is getting to be a thing of the past at other vet offices.

Dr Nightingale and staff are excellent. We have been going to Buena pet Clinic since the early nineties. I don't think we would take our pets to anyone else.
