Worst service I've ever had, food came out cold, server gave attitude, management gave attitude overall a very bad experience will not be coming back

Update. Don't believe them when they say contact customer service. I filled out form & never heard back. My $$ is going to all their competitors daily while staying in the area for 2 months. Sorry, not sorry.
We stopped by here for dinner around 7: 30. We were told hour and a half wait that they were behind on take-out orders. There was no one sitting in restaurant or bar, those waiting were sitting in the lobby.
I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant than I was tonight.
They were not even letting you sit at a table to get drinks and put your order in to wait.
There was several people that walked up same time we did and all of them left also to go elsewhere.
We found another BWW 5 miles away, but decided to go to Hooters since the service is guaranteed.
Don't waste your time as they don't care about customers in restaurant only to-go orders.

Unfortunately, we walked in at 7 pm, we'll after the Sunday football crowd and we're given 40 kinute wait.there were only 3 tables that had patrons. All other tables were available for sitting. This restaurant was very short staffed. We did not wait and went for pizza instead.walked in and sat in 30 seconds. And that restaurant was full at 7: 15 pm!

Unbelievably bad place. Food tasted like cold leftovers. There were only a few patrons there; no wonder, given the atrocious items we ordered and were served. The fries were not just cold, but tasted like cardboard. When I go out to eat, I expect to be waited on, and expect to pay for that service. Here, there are no menus; instead, you have to scan their QR code and select and order only via their app. It seemed like the app was working on the old dial-up modem speed from the 90s.
All 4 of our orders were terrible. While the young person that brought our food and beverages was pleasant, and did not charge us for our food (which we did not eat), that was the only positive takeaway. She's the only reason I rated the place with 1 star.
Lots of TVs with all kinds of sports, but the volume was offensively loud and prevented normal conversation. They have 20+ TVs, but only one game was audible.and it was blasting.
I won't be back here.ever, and I suggest others avoid the place.

We went in around 9 pm and ordered beer, loaded nachos and wings.the beer was and nachos came on time.there was no chicken in nachos when complained the response was we will not charge for chicken.then comes the frustration.we don’t receive our wings after constant follow up.they get it after a hour with dead cold wings.the moment we complain to manger.the response is what do you want me to do.should I heat them up

Too many employees standing around. Can't get waited on and when you finally do, no smiles. One lady that's at the counter Long hair and eyelashes is very rude to everyone Good atmosphere, restraunt is nice and some employees doing work the servers

Kinda pricey, but on Tuesday and some other days, special discounts are good, buy one gets one free or 50% off.

This place is awesome, great place for drinks, wings and sports. The manager Marcus is a fun dude, great person to hang out with and talk about sports

Our waitress was very rude the entire time we were dining in the restaurant, from the moment we walked in and from the moment we paid our bill and left.

Worst Buffalo wild wings I've ever been too, bad service, had to walk over and ask the server at the drink station to refill my ice tea, all while 5 employees all just stood at the front of the restaurant and watched me walk over there, we got 14 sad wings in the order of 15, see the picture of one of the wings, not only that but we ordered the food at the same time and everything came out at different times starting with onion rings like 20 minutes before anything else, this was a side to the meal why was it served as an appetizer.

Don’t waste your time and money with coming here. My boyfriend and his friend ended dining in one night and the service was slow and sloppy. They both ended up becoming very sick from the food sadly. Thankfully not much of the food was consumed as it was both stale and over cooked. When we had contacted the manager and we were told we would receive a refund, which we have never received. We were just left hanging honestly without anyone reaching out about the situation. We believe the cause was food poisoning, we were even told that at the urgent care. Anyways very disappointed with the management, the food, the service, and everything else. Won’t be coming back to this location ever.

Zero customer service management is bad
That gave me wrong order and the manager says that’s already happened we can’t do anything

Service is completely poor, I have birthday reward and went to redeem it but they didn’t process it properly and I ended up without redeeming it properly. The manager didn’t even speak friendly when I asked a question about my birthday reward.

Took the kids for lunch on Saturday. We were seated right away and our drinks and appetizer came fast. We enjoyed our wings, fries, and chips with queso.

My wife and I tried this place for our very first time, we love wings and we're skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised. Large plump wings with very many sauce and dry rub selections to choose from. I loved the hot spicy ones, my wife had the lemon pepper. Yummy, very Tasty, and our server was very good as well. We will be back

The taste is American-style and you can enjoy it without any discomfort, but there is no smoking area for alcohol, so I left the store early.

I’ve been to this establishment multiple times. It’s been probably my least favorite BWW’s that all changed today. I had the best waitress. Paris was cordial and professional. Really a pleasure. My best experience ever at a BWW’s. Great hire!
