I get that COVID has made things crazy. But it’s 115 degrees outside. Your activity takes 30-40 minutes per person. You need to require appointments because standing in line for hours in that weather (or at all) isn’t happenjng.

My sister and I went to go make bears today and it was a great experience! I was worried because of social distancing it wouldn't be the same fun, usual experience, but the workers made it as close as possible and it was still great! I am so thankful for the workers there and Build A Bear itself for being open and giving me the chance to get my sister out of the house for a little bit.

Ordered my item online 4/4/2020. Websites states 2-4 weeks processing due to closures Covid19. Ok, I can wait up to 4 weeks, fine. After no shipping notifications on 5/4/2020 I tried to reach someone. Customer service is closed, can only send an email. No response, finally on 5/12/2020 I got an email that the item will be shipped and received within 9-10 days (fingers crossed). Just a heads up you can expect a very disappointed kid, 5-6 weeks processing & no response to your emails, still nothing from customer service.

Bought my little girl a brand new bear and a outfit for her birthday and staff was so awesome and friendly and helpful about the whole thing.

We really enjoy this place, we love Emily, we usually ask for her to stuff our bears and do the heart ceremony with us, she's great and is a true kid at heart, which makes it fun for our kiddos.

The staff here is wonderful. Obviously the animals are expensive, but the kids always love the experience.

I absolutely love this place! The service here was superb and they helped me out with everything. It's was a nice visit with no problems whatsoever. Definitely recommend coming to this location.

Love Build a Bear been going for many years. Staff is always so helpful and pleasant and it is a fun experience for all.

Emily and Kelsey were great, but Lindsay was not nice whatsoever. The chandler location is so much more friendly to me and my kids, and that’s where we’ll be going from now on.

Expensive but my daughter loves this place and the customer service here is the best. The staff is so awesome.

My kids love coming here and picking out their stuffed animals and all the clothing for their new loves. We go on halloween as a tradition and the blonde girl that works there helped us both times and she is just the sweetest girl and so helpful, makes the whole experience so much more magical!

It is a good place to take little ones 3ish and up. Like buying a car, the base model isn't expensive, $20-30. The accessories aren't expensive individually $10-15 each, they add up quickly. However, the staff has always been friendly and the kids really enjoy the experience. Everyone who has kids should do it at least once

Went to SanTan mall build a bear yesterday and did not honor the $15 coupon from the failed event, went to chandler today for a different grandchild and they honored it and said it had been extended to Monday. Very disappointed in the san tan staff.

The gals working here were so fantastic. Just really into the whole process for the sake of the kiddos.

We had a wonderful experience at build a bear today! One of the best experiences I have ever had in a retail store. Kelsey was absolutely incredible! She was very knowledgeable and did anything to make the kids happy. One of our daughters was in a bad mood and Kelsey did anything to deflect away from that and help her have a wonderful experience! I was beyond impressed with how she treated the kids and everything she explained during our time in the store.
