13WORST SERVICE EVER! VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN. I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS BUT HAVE TO DO ONE TO DO A REVIEW. THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE AND WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY THEN THEY SAY!
They claim that Safety is their main Priority, but not in my case. They gave me the Jet Ski with the trailer without no lights and no straps on the back of the jet ski to the trailer. I have prove, because just like they video recorded the jet ski for damage before they release it to me I also have recorded video. It was my first time using and renting a jet ski. So if they want to challenge that I have prove. Be safe everyone and make sure you check you equipment before you exit the Premises including the Safety Vest. One more thing I will never again rent another jet ski from that place. The guy at the front desk is Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
Repeated customer best costumer service ever, and super inexpensive, came to have fun and defenitly did enjoy riding the jet skis from sammy and nas was a big help! Didn’t damage and returned back with same conditions

Horrible experience. Charged us for pre-existing damages. Also very disrespectful tried to fight with a female. Cops were called and was told it’s a civil matter. Do not stop here.

This place is awesome friendly crew all the stuff are trying their best to help you specially Travis explains how to avoid some common damages and will make you aware of everything recommended me to do my video and they do there’s I honestly liked there service and jet skis will come back again to you guys for sure

Tried to add on all kinds of extra stuff at the end, even tried saying we chipped their propeller! Paid $600 at the end. Worst experience ever!
