Burger King, Chandler AZ

Staff is rude. An employee wagged their finger at me for walking up mistakenly when another customer’s order was called. Your customers aren’t dogs, and I’m no longer a customer

I'll take this location over Warner and 48th any day of the week and twice on Sunday. They still cram large orders into tiny bags bursting at the seams, but they get the orders right, they're courtious and respectful, and the food is what we expect it to be every time. Too bad we have to drive 4 more miles to get decent service, but at least it's there.

Customer service is HORRIBLE, when you deal with Patty. She simply doesn't give a hoots about her customers. She simply seems to hate her job. WORST customer service I have had in my entire life.

The burgers, in itself, are very good. However, I have a big issue with Patty, who works there. I use drive-thru. I ALWAYS place the same order. She NEVER repeats the order. She is curt and simply not friendly. She doesn't even pretend that she cares about her customers. Well, today, as always, I ordered my 2 Whoppers, NO ketchup, NO pickles and HEAVY on the onions. I got home and we sat down to eat. I opened my Whopper. It had no pickles, no onions and it was slathered with ketchup. This is the second time, that I got my order wrong.

I found this Burger King to be better than the one closer to home.
It was quick and the food was good.

I used to like Burger King before eating here. The lady who served me was disrespectful and rude. She said she was the "general manager". Why would the franchise allow someone like that to give them a bad name?

I Enjoyed yummy whopper Meals yesterday. Staff nice. Covid all clean. Mask. Etc. And.dining room open! Super!

This is the worst establishment in Arizona. The fries are colder than anything in the state, they must have a fry chiller to achieve this temperature when its 110° outside. My whopper for the second time in a row tastes like it was boiled. You might as well eat from the trash.

Ordered on the app picked up in drive thru. Did not get ranch for chicken nuggets or ketchup with my fries! Disappointing.

I understand there isn't a lot of business due to the virus going on but that's no excuse to give a customer stale chicken fries that have been sitting there for hours. Waste of my money!

Decided Burger King for dinner and i looked in my daughters bag she was missing a burger so it was kinda annoying i had to drive back to the location but anyway i went back to the window the guy with the green eyes resolved my issue with a smile and treated me with the best customer service i wish i knew his name but great customer service thank you

This store can't keep their dining area open to posted closing time. Did be open until 9: 00pm yet they close the building at 8: 00pm, I guess me and my 4 co workers have to eat somewhere else.

Great tasting burgers. My favorite. Sweet meat, large drink selections, lots of effective and money saving coupons. Bathrooms are functional, clean and stocked. Above average staff at most locations.

I love Burger King so much is a really good place to bring families or friends it's a good way to express others and to have study group over there or just family and friends fun time they have really good food I love the french fries and a burger it's not too greasy like McDonald's.

Old burgers, hard cheese edges and soggy buns from sitting under heat lamp. Standard under engaged staff too inexperienced to understand why they are not worth the wages they are paid. Burgers were ordered one with onion, one without. Both came without. Too complicated to "have it my way" I guess.

Staff was a little confused, she might have been new, when I ordered something, she asked another employee about it, when I ordered the second item, she again asked another employee, when I took it home I found they got the order wrong. Not going back until they get organized.maybe two years from now.

5 wifi, none work. Tried to use the bathroom, but someone was in there for an eternity taking a bath. Couldn't buy the buy 1, get 1 whopper from the app because their internet doesnt work at all. Employee gave me a soulless staring glare and couldn't give me any suggestions so I could actually purchase my food. Zero stars.

When you place an order thro drive thro, pull up to window and repeat back what you ordered and asked if they got all that, then get your order and it's not what you ordered and you have to park and go in to get the right order, you get 2 stars

The food was cold. Frys and onion rings where over salted. Yes he staff is not the friendliest. Would not recommend this location to anyone

This location has been rebuilt with a new kitchen and new lobby. The drive through is still the same but the inside and outside look great. There is plenty of parking on all sides of this Burger King.
