Burger King, Tucson AZ

I was in there on 2/24/22 @ 7: 15pm. Rude employees. Terrible service. Poorly managed. They got a new policy with the mobile orders: They will not begin preparing your food until you come in and ASK them to begin preparing your food (and good luck getting the young ladie's attention-she has her back to the counter the entire time). And then you have to GUESS when your food is ready because they will not call your number or bring it to the counter (which the app says they will do). You will have to get their attention again and go through that whole process again. When I complained to one of the workers, the other employees were smirking and a manager could not be bothered to address my concern. The place is a joke and they have now lost my business. I will miss the impossible whopper. I don't don't eat their slaughterhouse meat. I hope a District Manager or ownership sees this review. The entire bunch needs to be fired and new people brought in who are properly trained. Policies need to be changed, too. No wonder McDonald's gets so much business.

This Burger King is also the staff is so friendly and I love to use their Burger King app seen that nowadays all this fast food has gone up Burger King has great prices to feed your family

They need to upgrade it to a newer version of a Burger King the smell doesn't go away like 1990 but overall food is okay

This was the second time I bought food in the drive through and besides being slow my chicken sandwiches were cold

We had the original chicken sandwich yummy! They still make it the same way which is awesome! Everything was nice and clean and staff is very friendly! The Whopper is also delicious. It's the only thing I can taste when I have a cold.

Slow service I just left because it took so long for everyone to just place an order in five through and inside. Everyone was frustrated hangry and it wasn't even a busy peak yet.

App says they close at 12 but they wouldn't take my order at 11pm saying they are already closed.

Food is always as ordered and the whopper has great flavor. Wish the drive thru staff was a bit friendlier.

The guy that was taking my order was really rude, I had to repeat my order over and over. Then when I pulled up to the window he took my card handed it back never said a word. Then when my food was done, he opened the window barely and barely handed the food out and closed the window. It was the weirdest and rudest thing.

Got food poisoning something was sour on the spicy chicken king sad i love burger king but this is the worst location i have been here 3 times every time it gets worse i will not be returning

Went through drive thru. Got the wrong order. Didn't notice until I got home. Then I was to tired to care.

Your typical burger king with good pricing and tasty food that rates much better than competitors. I was pleased with the meals but tragically one of the team members decided to go to the bathroom right as my food was coming up. The result was staring at my food sit on the pass for a good minute while the gentleman running the drivethrough payments finally passed the meal over.

Waste of money my burger was made with old lettuce old onions old tomatoes the fries were stale. Don't waste your money here go to a different Burger King location. Also not to mention the homeless people put there but I guess it fits in with the location. Also the customer service should be better then what it is the food taste better with no bad attitude. I will not be going here from now on maybe ill come back in a couple months and see how or if it change.

Messed up my families order after sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I guess that's what to expect at a BK though.

It's almost back to normal, inside eating with proper spacing. Service was good, food is always good!

Did you know that McDonald's charge's $10.00 for a Big Mac in Tucson? Burger King on the other hand, had some decent specials and their prices haven't changed, the food and service here is great and it's in a nice neighborhood as well!
